Fake materialized jewelry can t even attempt to use hypoallergenic And my 10 month old is suppose to wear this crap I might as well went to a swap meet and paid for more decent material Let s not forget ALL SALES ARE FINAL BUT I SMELL A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT Not disclosing the REAL type of material being used is unlawful DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT TAKE THE GROUPON DEAL This establishment is phony just like its jewelry

Cheap garbage
Cheap garbage I wish I could post a picture of my earring that broke because it s cheap and flimsy And I added a 1-star review to their website conveniently it s not been posted Do not recommend And if you need further information this is order no 246744 ordered 2 25 23 I also ordered a pair before that order no 241757 on 12 11 22 One of the earrings fell off and I lost it in the street because I didn t notice It fell off because the lever fastener part of the earring is weak and cheap I should not have ordered a second time but I wanted to give the company another chance but I see now that that was a mistake Also why would I want a replacement So I can get the same cheaply made product and be disappointed again What a joke The name chain I ordered was good I will give credit there But stay away from the earrings

Never will I order from this place again
Frist I would like to say I ordered a name plate necklace for my daughter for Christmas on 11 27 2023 It is now 12 14 2023 I look on the website and it says my order is being processed still but when I track the package with the website they gave me it says it was delivered and I still don t have a necklace I am a struggling mom who just wanted to get my daughter a nice Christmas gift and now she will not get a gift I have emailed and called but I do not get a response back Very Disappointed

I wanted to share my experience I had with this website monogramhub com it was a very unpleasant experience with me not getting my order I order three rings from here customized I only receive two of the rings which came and two different packages The first package was left at the bottom of my stairs and I live in a four unit building They did not leave at my door nor did they put it in my mailbox luckily I seen it in time The second package I did not receive and I m still waiting for answers from Monogramhub I spoke with customer service and they stated it was delivered but it was not delivered to my door or my put in my mailbox I requested to see pictures or proof from Monogramhub of delivery and have not received a reply I never received my ring from Monogramhub and they never returned my money This would not be an issue if Monogramhub would have delivered my package directly to my door I have a ring camera and I could have seen the delivery if I was not there or seen if someone was tampering with my package However instead of them delivering directly to my doorstep they left it at the bottom of the stairs where neighbors and people can just steal items It was not in my mail box or in front of my door where my camera could of seen the delivery I will never do business with this company again just because they are unprofessional careless and do not have the best interest of the consumer in mind They could not show me proof the package was delivered and if they did deliver the package they did not deliver it to my door If I can give you a no star I would

This store is a thief If you place an order you have 24 hours to cancel or you will never get your money back no matter what I placed an order last year and the order has not been made and has not been shiped There is nothing i can do to get my money back even if i never recieve the order Dont though your money away

This company is crap
This company is crap I have never been so upset in my life I ordered a 10k gold nameplate necklace a rollo necklace and I paid extra to upgrade the necklace my nameplate came on well I received my necklace bent because water is thicker then this 10k gold necklace I never received the upgraded necklace I emailed them they said they do not give refunds but would give me store credit or a gift card but I had to pay for it to be sent back which I didn t understand because 2 of the chains weren t personalized so I should have been able to get my money back So I sent the necklace back and they won t even exchange he necklace or let me get a necklace that is the same price they said that the store credit cannot be used with the sale they are running So I an either pay 1250 00 for the necklace with my store credit or pay 300 with their store wide sale which I paid 285 for my order and there s nothing I can get for that price because they said the store credit is considered a coupon This is crazy

I order 2 pair of name earrings
I order 2 pair of name earrings On 1 pair the clasp was stuck and would not close so I could not wear them and on the other pair of earrings the clasp was put on backwards so when I put them on the name was facing toward my face I could not wear them either without looking stupid I reached out for a refund return with a picture and they said I had to pay to return and could only get a store credit Why would I want more crap because the names were illegible also I had to eat the cost I really didn t mean to order from them they have positioned themselves under another reputable company that I have ordered from before and you can easily make a mistake when trying to order from that company They are a bad quality uncaring fraud company Save your money do not order from them The reply is a lie they provided me with only a return address and store credit like I said there was never any reply to correct anything free of charge so not only do they not value their customers they lie also Figures Smh

This debacle started with a purchse that was ordered in Decemeber of 2023 I m sure fellow clients can attest to Monogram Hub s shipping practices Where by it can take up to six to eight weeks or MORE before a customer can get their item I ve ordered from Monogram hub prioir to this but for gifts never for myself When I finally received it the piece looked just as thought it would and I was very happy I didnt imediately wear the item and when I did it wasnt on for a long period of time The first time I wore the necklace for an extended period of time I knew there was a problem My neck started burning itching I broke out in raised bumps all around the the perimeter of my neck ill include pictures I didn t know what the heck was going on untill I got home and looked in the mirrior HOLY CRAP I took the necklace off imediately and put on benadryl so the reaction could calm down The only other time I had that kind of reaction was to store bought fashion earrings and this was the same reaction I have a nickel allergy You might ask well why did you put something on that you are allegic to I DIDN T because I orderd SILVER specficlly for that very reason Nickel allergy is a very common allergy and any REPUTABLE jewelry company would should have cleanliness practices in thier orgnaiztion to circumvent that NOT Monogram HUB If their reaction to my notifing them of what happened was how any legitimate reliable company who is being run by people with good moral charactor and decency should react I never would have made this post What transpired after me notifying them of what was happening was a crap show This entire back and forth with Monogram Hub was done via 13 or more separate email exchanges and It does not even appear as If the replies were done by the same person nor did they read the previous emails in the order in which the were sent and received And it could have been dealt with in ONE BLASTED PHONE CALL WITH A COMPETENT HUMAN WITH BRAIN CELLS I sent the order number of the purchase a screen shot of the invoice pictures of my neck and expected them to tell me we are so sorry how can we make this right When I asked if the necklace had nickle in it they replied with our manufacturing practice contains nickel which means there is no quality control IF ITS A NICKLE ENVIORNMENT HOW THE BLOODY HECK CAN THEY RE MAKE A NEW ONE NICKLE FREE DO THEY HAVE A STERILE ROOM They asked for a picture of the item which I sent I asked how it was to be returned expecting a shipping label I was then told because its been more than 30 days there would be a charge 25 So now I have to pay to ship it back to them and pay to remake it and the item needed to be returned and I should have notified them of my allergy even though I didn t order nickel I ORDERED SILVER When I questioned them on having to REPAY FOR SOMETHING I DIDNT ORDER that s when the NASTY came out When I high lighted that no where on their site does it say this is NOT a nickle free enviornment and that it should not have been MY RESONSIBILITY to notify them of something I didnt order that they couldnt possibly be serious By then I was over it I let them know that I was returning their product and how a simple phone call could have cleared this up I was told I should review my message and they cant read minds and that this it was insignificant which I took as I my order was insignificant I let them know they could stuff it keep the product and that my review would reflect my experience and would not be insignificant for anyone who could read looking to buy from them If I could give them NEGATIVE ZERO stars I would just based on their customer service practice I would stay clear of this company And it might not even be the owners but the people they employ who are giving them this reputation But you have to have checks and balances and clearly by my review and others there is NON of that with this company

THEY HAVE AN OPTION FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING AND THATS ALL IT SAYS NOT 2 DAY FOR PRODUCTION IT SAYS FOR 2 DAY SHIPPING PAY 18 00 thats what I did because its so close to Christmas I wanted to get it for my daughter who lives in another state The reason I paid for 2 day shipping Not knowing it would still take 4 wks I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN ORDER FROM A LIABLE PLACE This is false advertisement AND I will be contacting a lawyer
