Right of Withdrawal on Paper – Extremely Expensive Returns in Reality

Worst shopping experience I have ever had.

I purchased a rotary attachment that unfortunately turned out to be unsuitable for my machine. The product was not defective, and I requested a return well within the withdrawal period.

That's when the surprise came:

- 15% service/restocking fee
- Shipping costs deducted, despite the product being advertised with free shipping
- Return shipping costs deducted
- An additional €20 inspection/restocking fee

In other words, you technically have a right to return the product, but the return costs and deductions are made so high that returning it hardly makes financial sense.

I have never experienced anything like this with any other company. Extremely disappointing and definitely not a company I will buy from again.

I ordered a K40 pro laserengraver in October and received a message shortly that the delivery would be later 40 days However to compensate me I would receive a rotary accessoiry I have now received my Laser Engraver over 80 days late And without a rotary I have been in contact with them for several months to ask where my rotary accessoiry is and I receive no response from customer support anymore The customer service from monport is terrible And you get a different response every single time They are not helpful at all I have now escalated my case trough Paypal Creditcard to see if they can assist me since I now have an incomplete product considering what was promised

Great machine

Beside a bit of miscommunication regarding shipping I must say that I m very pleased My machine 60w autofokus came well packed unpacking was a pleasure and not a scratch It was more or less plugg and play it runs great and performs perfect I m very happy with my purchase and looking forward to future collaboration

Everything thus far was honestly perfect

Everything from the communication to the article was great I ve tried using it with ezcad2 and so far everything works as it should the most important thing is how fast and responsive they were with their responses I really have to say that it made me feel like they care I was skeptical at first about buying from them but after literally 15 back and forth emails I pulled the trigger and everything turned out well also the item was really well packaged
