Genuine pleasure to buy from
In an online seller I hope to find a trouble free honest and professional service Monstermagic is all that More than that though they are a genuine pleasure to deal with I ve made several orders in a short space of time and the standard of service has been easily in the top percentile of online retailers that I have encountered And I don t get out much due to a disability so they re ahead of a very large field

I purchased some Theory 11 cards late at night on Christmas Day after not being able to find them in stock with my usual suppliers Well I must say I was incredibly impressed with service from Alex They were shipped the next working day even over the festive period and arrived the very next day which was a Saturday My order arrived well packaged and in perfect condition It even featured a lovely message card which made it clear how important it was to Alex that everything from placing the order to the arrival of your order met all your expectations Thank you Alex With service like this and a vast range of products I ll definitely be a customer for life
