I bought a charger model HLT-180-4201500 that was advertised to fit the GoTrax GXL scooter The charger I received did not fit When I started the process to return it I learned that even if the part was defective or if they sent the wrong thing I would be on the hook for return shipping plus a restocking fee Therefore they are essentially incentivized to send bogus parts and still keep a good portion of your money I will admit to not reading the minutiae of their policies it s my fault for assuming that this establishment operates like every other legitimate online business and will make the customer whole when they screw up My mistake

Bought a new scooter cover for my
Bought a new scooter cover for my handicap scooter first day out it came apart and the coating inside came off It ripped in two places When I called the Store today they came up with and excuse if it is in the wind it will fall apart We they blamed me for the ripping and flaking So if anyone buys one of these from this store beware They do not stand by anything and they are trained to blame you for any problem

After talking with customer care and TOTAL LACK OF INTEGRITY WITH CUSTOMER CARE AND REFUND POLICY
After talking with customer care and ordering what I thought was the correct part for my Ewheels sending them the correct specifications from Ewheels Internet site they said that they would send me what would fit be the correct replacement battery I trusted because they had all the specs they would send a battery pack that would fit They sent one that did not fit and will not refund me even if I sent it back until I let them know I was going to the president of the company because the customer service was so unethical and their refund policy was obviously a joke But not to me While I am out more than 350 because of shipping to Hawaii I continued to let them know they should have known their product that I am not a battery s expert nor have knowledge of the need for terminals to Match and would not know until I took my battery apart They had the specs but sent me the wrong one that doesn t work and expected me to Jerry rig play splicing wires and causing it to fit with their terminals The sales person absolutely should be sure that their product works with their customers Product It does not and I spent hours and hours for them to finally agreed to a refund but I had to pay both ways for shipping which amounted to 260 Plus they re label charge and the inconvenience of dropping it off 20 miles away to a FedEx store I warn you to find out every possible detail before you purchase and be sure that whatever they sell you will fit your need because returning anything to them leads to anything but good customer care He will argue down to the last penny not to pay anything but waiving the restocking fee I wanted to get a hold of Kevin Alvey one of the owners of this million dollar a year business but was only given via the Internet the 800 number to customer care People who own companies need to realize customer service is most important if you want return business Obviously they don t care The whole connection with them turned into arguments That solved in nothing Save your time and energy and deal with another company I think people wonder why you buy everything through Costco Amazon and Walmart It s very simple They don t argue about the product you were returning They refund you every time Why would anyone deal with this company Big mistake but I could not find the product I needed here in Hawaii I ll never take another chance with a smaller company like Monster Batteries Monster scooter parts no way And Mr Avery I suggest you overhaul your customer care service and return policy because return customers and happy customers me and everything to create a successful company Read your reviews and you will hopefully with compassion understand your customers grievances and take the time to go make a change Be the man in the mirror

I am lodging a formal complaint against Monster Scooter Parts operating under Alvey International LLC for engaging in deceptive trade practices and misrepresentation It is crucial to expose their unethical behavior and warn other consumers about their misleading practices Monster Scooter Parts continues to operate under an expired tradename Monster Scooter Parts in the state of Colorado Additionally they resell products manufactured by AlveyTech without providing essential information to consumers They sell reusable cotton media filters that require pre-oiling before use but deliberately fail to disclose this requirement or provide clear instructions This intentional omission is designed to mislead customers into making uninformed decisions I recently purchased six air filters from Monster Scooter Parts for my go-karts Shockingly after a mere 2-4 hours of use these filters exhibited significant evidence of dust inhalation on the inside of the filter velocity stack and carburetor Seeking assistance from Monster Scooter Parts proved futile as they dismissed their responsibility claiming to be simply parts dealers without the resources to offer installation guidance Furthermore they denied ever marketing the product as requiring pre-oiling or being reusable Alvey International LLC the parent company misrepresents itself by denying its role as the manufacturer despite being the actual manufacturer of the filters This misrepresentation coupled with their lack of accurate marketing labeling and product descriptions on their website absolves them of any accountability for the damage caused by their filters By deliberately withholding the requirement for pre-oiling and neglecting to provide proper installation instructions they engage in deceptive practices that harm unsuspecting consumers It is imperative to bring attention to the fact that Monster Scooter Parts has garnered an abysmal reputation with the Better Business Bureau BBB where they hold an F rating Numerous customers have shared their negative experiences with an average rating of 1 22 out of 5 and 25 complaints closed within the past 3 years This should serve as a warning to potential buyers who may fall victim to their deceptive tactics I encourage all consumers who have experienced similar issues with Monster Scooter Parts to report their grievances as it is through collective action that we can hold companies accountable for their deceptive trade practices Let us unite to protect our rights and prevent others from falling victim to this unscrupulous business Together we can expose the truth and demand fairness transparency and ethical practices in the marketplace

NEVER EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
They sent me the wrong product made me spend more than 1 hour and a half sending photos via email because the chat wasn t working and continued to insist that it was the correct product and after I told them several times that it wasn t the right product and send a photo showing the difference of the size they finally apologized for the CONFUSION which was actually an MISTAKE recurring as you can see in all these reviews DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY If it wasn t enough making me waste more than an hour and a half of my day to resolve THEY MISTAKE they want me to pay for return shipping and wait 3 weeks for a refund MY FIRST BAD REVIEW EVER I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE IN AN ONLINE SHOPPING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I WILL TAKE THE LOSSES BUT I WILL NOT PAY TO RETURN THEIR MISTAKE AND STILL WAIT UP TO 3 WEEKS TO GET MY MONEY BACK

I wish that I had read the reviews about monsterscooterparts com before I made a purchase from them If I had I would ve saved myself a significant amount of money and a lot of headache I am a multiple Amputee with no legs and at least part of each of my 10 fingers haven t been amputated I use a Jazzy Select Elite scooter every day and the armrests have become brittle and cracked Acting upon the recommendation of somebody who used to work on Jazzy scooters I gave this business a call the other day to inquire about getting new armrests for about my scooter To say that the person who answered the phone the other day was rude and condescending would be an understatement However after crawling underneath my scooter to find the serial number he told me which armrests that I needed to order I ordered them and paid for shipping because I had a tradeshow to go to tomorrow When the parts arrived I happily started to put them on my scooter However I quickly found out that they are much too wide to fit on the scooter Not only are they a few millimeters wider than the ones that came from the factory they also have a lip of nylon that has been pressed in the heater that sticks out several millimeters all the way around them I called to ask for help and this time another person also quite rude and condescending told me that these are indeed the proper parts and sometimes they are hard to get in I took my calipers to them while he was on the phone and sent him photographs to his cell phone that showed that the arrests are indeed several millimeters wider than the ones that came from the factory They also are wider than the tray into which they are supposed to fit He told me that I could try stuffing them in and bending up the excess nylon and I told him that I had already tried that and there was no way it was going to fit The photographs showed that it would not fit That some people try to trim off the excess nylon and I said I m afraid to do that because if I mess them up then I can t return them He told me to be careful While on the phone on a recorded line I tried to trim it and ended up slicing the nylon in such a way that it ruined one of the armrests The young man told me that he would get a supervisor on the phone and put me on hold A couple minutes later he came back and said that since I had been told on a recorded line that some people tried to tuck it and that I needed to be careful I could not return the merchandise I replied that I would be writing reviews and doing YouTube videos about the service or lack there of that his company provided and that I would be initiating a chargeback on my credit card He replied by telling me that he hoped my day would be better Take a look at the photographs I ve provided The factory installed armrest is Bearwood on the bottom and the ones I received from this company have vinyl on the bottom They also have a lip that is about 3 to 4 mm wide all the way around them The photos show that the new part in no way will fit into the scooter Based upon the significant number of reviews of this company I d say stay away from them at all costs Tip for consumers Run away from them

This company has no customer service
This company has no customer service skills at all and will not take a return I plan to call the company that referred us to them as well because I am certain they have NO idea how they treat customers like crap My complaint is just like the many others that are on here I have never been treated so poorly by a company According to this business its all the customers fault and they totally refuse to accept returns of a new item that is incorrect The lady on the phone when I called was rude and unwilling to listen The basic issue is this I wanted to return the incorrect part that was sent to us The company is not willing to do that and told us it is our responsibility to order the correct part They also told me they are NOT on the BBB well of course they are and they have lots of complaints which is not shocking to me at all Wish we had looked this place up on BBB before ordering If I hope I can give no stars as they don t even deserve one
