I will never buy from you again I paid for express shipping and it will not arrive in that time Had I known it would ship from overseas I would have never bought from you Your website said Texas but the purse I bought for my wife will not get here by the time I need it to because it is being sent from overseas This is terrible and deceitful

I have orders that I was over charged or received substitute items that were small cost and never refunded I ve had orders with missing items I ve emailed but never received a response

Poor quality phone cases

Have had 2 large leather phone cases The first one had defective belt loop Ordered another one and the threading immediately came loose after wearing only twice and the snap was already loose Unable to return due to 10 day return policy

Cheap Junk

Scam company that sells defective merchandise and refuses to replace or refund their junk We got ripped off real good by these shysters Our store placed an order with them and then 9 out of 10 items have been returned within a week of purchase for peeling tearing and literally falling apart Customer service never answers the phone and takes days to respond to emails DO NOT buy anything from them or you will be stolen from We ve finally given up and are throwing the remaining items of theirs in the trash as they are to embarrassing to keep in store

This company does not give details about themselves or their products They talk about their American patriotism and suggest their products represent USA using the best materials Ha I received my bag yesterday It came in a large envelope and had a horrific petroleum like smell Big tag says it is made from Materials known to cause cancer and birth defects PD Nothing on product or company page discloses this health hazard This may already have harmed me Made in China nothing leather or American about it This information was not disclosed on product page or information about them zipper is defective It s a piece of fake cheap junk I wrote them and no response no telephone number Return policy ridiculous I m opening a dispute for their lack of transparency to consumers Horrible
