I bought a figurine Castelano fifteen years ago when in Venice It was knocked off a shelf and shattered in pieces I was heartbroken but was able to store online After a few email exchanges they were able to collect my payment from the United States the online store only takes payment in Italy Post I received a brand new beautiful hand made Castellano in only a few days I am overwhelmingly happy with the product the customer service and the efficiency Not only are the porcelain dolls exquisite so is the staff Thank you so much

I ordered Shanti a beautiful 45cm tall Indian doll She was still in the process of being made but I was kept updated regularly on the progress When she finally arrived I was thrilled She is stunning My only problem was that I had to pay quite a lot of duty to customs before she could be delivered As she is a larger doll quite heavy this obviously added to the amount so worth bearing this in mind Overall I m more than happy would recommend this company I would love to add a photo of her but can t appear to do this

I wanted to see Monte Dragone dolls in real life for a long time and now my dream has come true While visiting Italy I went to the studio and met Chiara and Nadir who make these beautiful dolls The studio is a very charming and magical place Each doll is absolutely unique very beautiful and with its own character The owners of this laboratory are very welcoming and kind people and allowed us to see their workshop where they make the dolls Very happy to have visited this place I will be taking home the two lovely dolls that I bought here and a part of Italian fairy tale will live in my house
