Missing items I paid for

Terrible company I ordered 2 items a track top and track bottoms they only sent one item and there is no phone number I chatted to Tyler online and very rude do not buy of this company this is my first order and very disappointed I m going to have to find a way of getting my money back from this fraudulent company I mean horrible customer services it s their fault not mine I will return the one item sent and contact my bank to tell them and go from there Avoid this company

OMG I have just received my order Monterrain through footasylum what a disappointment I ordered xl which was the correct size on opening the size was more a medium material very thin so grossly overpriced I now have the nuisance of returning my order which was over 300 because the sizing is appalling and the quality is bad NEVER AGAIN DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEEPS

Labels just peel off after 5 6 washes

If you re conscious about what you wear and expect to get your money worth then don t buy these products if you re rich and don t have a problem replacing an item after a few washes then great crack on After 2 3 washes the print starts to fade goes from nice and bright shiny white t dull faded and grey brown after 5 6 the print starts to peal away so rather than a Monterrain Tshirt you end up with a Mont rain Tshirt I ve got every colour apart from the greens in the space dye and they re all the same Can t fault the fit and materials but the printed labels on the garment are

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Read reviews on their Facebook pages they are ripping people off I ordered a jacket and never received it they re ignoring my emails I ve no jacket and no refund absolute rip off Contacting the Ombudsman service for refund and compensation if that doesn t work I will take them to small claims court and advise many others to do the same

Ripping people off Failed to deliver my jacket then refused to redeliver or provide a refund Now going through citizens advice to report them to trading standards this company is owned by Footasylum who are allowing this to happen do not buy from these companies or you will regret it if something goes wrong Please contact citizens advice and report to trading standards if like me and many others you have been a victim of these crooks
