Returning goods to MoodMelbourne

In Octobrr 2024 I needed to return 2 women s tops that were way too small Cost of purchase was 107 I found it incredibly difficult to obtain the address for returns I had to post the parcel at my expense - that was in the fine print The tracking through Australia Post ceased as the parcel entered China I have been fobbed off very politely with an astonishing range of excuses since I posted the goods back in early November It s now 4 months since the original purchase in October 2024 and the company has the goods and my money They assure me they are doing everything to hasten my refund but I have lost faith in this company Misleading name too

Scam - Dont waste your money

Dont waste your money this is one of those scams where the product in the ad looks great but the product delivered is a cheap knock off They say they offer 100 refund for returns but you have to return the item to China at your own cost and 6 months later your parcel comes back to you unclaimed

Woeful customer experience - where is my money

There is no substance to this business I strongly question why it is allowed to operate in Australia The clothes are inferior poor-quality fabric and workmanship The return policy is a joke - they need to look to companies like Ripskirt to understand customer service and return policies My parcel that was returned to an address in Chine more than 6 weeks ago and is apparently still in transit Avoid this experience and buy elsewhere

Thanks to others reviews on here I was able to give this company a swerve - they are part of a network of companies out of China that not only produce poor quality but are a NIGHTMARE when it comes to returning them the items I returned were never collected and were returned back to me - so I never got a refund but the bank came good thank goodness having supplied them with all my emails receipts of postage etc Beaumont Melbourne also copied a jumper I bought from a small seller on Etsy whose pattern I purchased They all have an Australian city as part of their names so always check up on here first - I will only buy from suppliers in Oz the UK or who I trust now

Would give a zero if possible Shonky company operating from China not Melbourne as they make it look Their products look nothing like those advertised and when you want to return them because it looked like your dog sewed it it s the usually 50 postage to China and then you ll get your refund DO NOT BUY big rip off

TOTAL RIP OFF - False representation says MOOD Melbourne when they are China based con-artists Wish I d looked at these reviews first I bought shoes fashion star trendy orthopedic sneakers which looked lovely online They are TOTAL crap feel like cardboard Thin nylon sides hard soles Return process is complex and states must mail to China photograph parcel and send that to customer service appears to be set up to rip off the world I see from other reviews that paying a further 25 for postage would be just a greater loss as they don t collect the parcel and don t refund Good lesson to me to beware who I buy from DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
