I ordered a bunch of product but…
I ordered several products but received incorrect quantities. When I contacted customer service, they asked me to place the order again, and then requested payment a second time. I did not agree, as I had already paid and explained that they should send the missing items. After some back and forth, they offered store credit, which I accepted due to the difficulty of the situation, but I still have not received any credit. I do not understand how the order was incorrect in the first place, given that they handle multiple orders daily. Whether due to incompetence or intentional scamming, this experience was unacceptable. I will not be ordering from here again.

Absoulutely unimpressed I ordered on the 4 of august and they kept asking for a confirmation email from my bank which i gave 3 times them then the next day they asked for it again then they said that i will get a confirmation email in the next 24 hours usually when you order and put down payment you get an email stating whats in your order they did not give me this this should have been my first red flag I would not buy from them yes you may get your order but after talking to another business who sells the same items told me they selectivley scam you stay away from this site customer service was non existent i lost 244 from this company Do not waste your time I am on a fixed income and this messed me up royaly do not be fooled by the cheap weed prices

I ordered a bunch of product but received the wrong amounts I reached out to their customer service and they asked me to order again So I did that but then they asked for payment again I obviously didn t do that and told them they made a mistake and should send the missing product since I previously paid for it Then they offered me store credit which I agreed to since they were being difficult but they still have not given any store credit I don t understand how they messed up the order in the first place since I m sure they receive multiple orders a day So either they are stupid or are purposely scamming Will not be ordering again from here

This company is legit and sold a really good product in general Some of their product is a retail product from other labs so maybe quality can vary but in general as far I know all product work and contain what its suposed to From the moment order is place to the shipment everything is fast and arrive in good process The only thing I will recommand is to really take care of not make any mistake during order because customer service is not so reactive fast or great it not have many way for contact them other than chat in site and in general they only answer 1h a day there so need to me be ready at this time dispite that it not mean they will solve your isue If I have only 1 thing to wish them to change its will be that MORE CUSTOMER SERVICE Does t matter that shop is great for some of they hight quality they sold It become rarer in internet to found quality and they have it Also note that side is partner shop of buypsychedelicscanada io

I had a problem with an order I placed
I had a problem with an order I placed months ago and never received and after getting ahold of them they worked with me and I finally recieved the order This has been my 3rd time ordering from these guys and I ve got the order every time and the stuff is always top notch I will be ordering again soon
