Honestly
Honestly this situation was a not the fault of Moon Pod I took the Moon Pod and Lunar out of my vehicle and brought them in the house Upon opening both boxes my daughter noticed there was no cover for the Moon POD but there was one for the Lunar I emailed the help desk about the situation and prior to receiving a response I retracted my steps and found the Moon POD cover in the garage All of the assistance received was prompt and professional The lesson learned is the customer is not always RIGHT but mistakes happen s

Great company to work with
When I placed my order with moon pod I was really excited to get a sake price However the discount which was originally applied in my cart disappeared but I didn t realize it when I finished the transaction I reached out to moon pod unsure if they would honor the discount since the transaction had already gone through Not only did they respond to my email quickly but they graciously adjusted the price and honored the discount They were quick to respond easy to deal with and remedied my problem I left feeling they are a company of integrity I can t wait to get my moon pod

I love it Moon Pod 4D Pillow - Cosmic Ash
What a wonderful surprise I opened my pillow upon its arrival and took it back to the bed The day goes by and I finally crawl into bed I am a horrible sleeper I positioned the pillow and fell asleep almost immediately The next thing I know 5 hours passed I have not slept a straight 5 hours in years I felt more rested and peaceful when I awakened I can t wait to go to bed tonite So much support and cool temp but not lumpy or holding my head and neck in an uncomfortable position Try it

Zero issues except for a fight over who s turn it is
We ordered multiple pieces and they were shipped separately so they arrived separately Due to a weekend holiday one was delayed and we were worried that it was lost We contacted customer support and were contacted by A REAL PERSON shocker I know Mark provided tracking information and remained in contact to ensure the pieces made it We had a BigJoe that kept popping seams and spilling foam beads around the house it was immediately recycled after we sat in our MP I can tell you that after 100 days of constant use - between four boys 10-14 years old I can gladly report ZERO issues with the MP however there is an occasional fight over who s turn it is I can say that if you are going to buy a MoonPod invest in the whole set main pod crescent and foot rest It may cost more than other bean bags but its not a bean bag and I seriously believe you you will not regret it Our Dog loves it too

Cyrelle is amazing
Cyrelle has been absolutely outstanding I ordered the full set of Moon Pod products and was stressed that they would not arrive before a long vacation Cyrelle checked with the warehouse several times on the status of each item and always email me back right away to let me know where things stood I m happy to say we received everything before we left and now I can t wait to relax in my Moon Pod when I get back

The response from the moonpod team was
The response from the moonpod team was quick and to my satisfaction I had ordered 2 additional sleeves and didn t realize that I ordered the same color as what came with my 3 piece unit I have sent the two extra sleeves that were a little off color and can t wait to get my new colors They even sent me a shipping label Thanks for the positive experience Loving my Pod crescent and stool

I had to reach out to Moonpod s customer service two or three times Each time I had the same person address my concerns and he Mark responded quickly and courteously every time Really a great experience which is so rare with many other retailers

The After-Purchase Support is Incredible
I received my Moon Pod and unfortunately the box was mishandled during shipment and the Mood Pod cover was missing I sent a message to customer support was contacted promptly by Hiyezel amazing and a new cover was shipped I love companies that care about you even after they have your money
