I have the super pod

I have the super pod backrest and lunar lift Recently went thru a bad bout of upper respiratory infection and my MoonPod was the only place I could relax sleep and not feel like I was drowning Beyond comfortable bordering therapeutic

Absolutely in love with my moon pod Worth every penny especially in this work from home world my boyfriend uses it to work and he loves it We will need to get a second one ASAP because I m not great at sharing HA Also the customer support team is quick and extremely helpful

My Super Moon pod experience

My Super Moon pod was shipped under filled and I contacted support sent pictures to confirm this was the issue and was promptly reissued a new super moon pod I am extremely happy with their handling of this matter and resolving my issue in a timely manner I am excitedly waiting for my new Super moon pod

Excellent Customer Support

My dad has been wanting a moonpod for sometime now I purchased one with two accessories to add to it No fault to Moonpod but when I received the items the boxes were damaged but looked for the most part all would be fine I decided to put the sleeve covers on the individual pieces The one box more damaged then the others had been opened or became opened Sleeve and packing slip were missing I sent an email to Moonpod explaining the situation Thinking that it would be days before hearing back I received an email two hours after business hours started with the issue already resolved Hands down they take the win with their superior customer service Thank you for making what I thought would NOT be so easy and turning it into a simple process Greatly appreciated Happy Holidays and keep up the great work Summer
