Firstly a big thank you for excellent customer service especially Chloe Website is excellent and easy to navigate I was able to get everything I needed snd that is hard these days Prices are very reasonable Thanks to quick processing I had my parcel in Ireland in 4 working days I would highly recommend to everyone

Absolutely fantastic service received

Absolutely fantastic service received I called in 5 mins before the showroom was due to close as I d got stuck in traffic on the M1 However they were beyond helpful and nothing was too much trouble The staff are knowledgable friendly and patient The showroom is really nice too Lots of setup s running and very well laid out If I could award 6 stars I would Thanks Moonraker

I ve made a couple of purchases from Moonraker over the last few weeks my latest one arrived yesterday Airspy Mini Spyverter As a newbie to amateur radio I had a couple of questions on both occasions Their customer service is excellent with a fast responses to email enquiries with informative answers that answered my questions on the products I had purchased I ll definitely be buying from them again when I pass my Foundation exam Can t recommend Moonraker highly enough A

This company advised me on the product that I was looking at and told me the best way to set up my antenna which I purchased from them My antenna arrived in 4 days perfectly packaged I will do business with moonraker again soon and would recommend to everyone else

I have watched Moonraker organically grow their business in UK over the years as a credible alternative to other Ham Radio retailers They have vastly increased their stock holding and product range and now can really boast as a one-stop-shop for all your needs Popped in last week and received a warm welcome fresh coffee and a great deal Competition is fierce but Moonraker remains my first choice Well done Justin and the gang keep it up Laurence M0LSK
