Well thought out program
I m enjoying doing the exercises I only started a couple of weeks ago and had to stop for about a week as I had a heavy chest cold but have now repeated all the exercises to date so am ready to go again In the long run I think this is going to help my body a great deal

Moonrise has been a life saver for me
Moonrise has been a life saver for me This is my second review after 8 months of doing hypopressives I am in a good position to give honest feedback I have seen so my improvements in my body Firstly the urinary incontinence has improved tenfold and I am no longer having to rush to the toilet I have better control and no leeks when I cough or sneeze Secondly my vagina was quite stretched and cavenous when I began hypopressives and it has returned to how it looked before I had children Thirdly pelvic pain and heaviness I experienced are much better and more manageable now Lastly my diastasis recti has virtually closed and my tummy feels stronger and less squishy I also feel less bloated more toned and aligned generally in my body Hypopressives is not a quick fix and takes dedication and determination to practice the poses daily but is worth it I am hoping overtime that my prolapse will align and move back to where it should be as this seems to be the last to show any improvement but I am in this for the long haul and will continue always Thank you Abby for enlightening me to this practice and showing me that there are more natural ways to heal the body

I began my journey with Moon Rise the end of August I have been very happy with the support given to me since I am such a slow learner on how to actually do the hypopresive movement I feel that I am actually noticing some improvement in emptying my bladder more fully My coach Trista has not forgotten about me and she continues to contact me even though I have been a bit slow about my practice

Happily impressed
I have only started doing hypopressives as taught by the Moonrise crew I was skeptical at first about purchasing the course due to so many scams out there promising amazing things I am very happy that I decided to trust MoonRise as I can see now that what they are selling and teaching is all positive and helpful I have not been practicing long enough to tell if it will improve my prolapse and strengthen my pelvic floor But I do feel it has many benefits even if subtle at first Abby does a great job of explaining on the videos about the techniques And It is wonderful to be given feedback and to only progress in the course when the technique is coming along to a satisfactory level Any questions are answered well without much delay So far so good Thank you MoonRise

Great Program
Moonrise has been a really great experience for me I really loved the yoga for pelvic floor block therapy and pelvic relaxation techniques I also really liked learning so much about the causes of pelvic floor dysfunction and all this interesting information about fascia It was very helpful for me

It really works
It really works my pelvic floor health is much better i am about to finally see a consultant and I am interested in what they will say and IF they know about hypopressives since many health care professionals and gym teachers do not Crazy I keep dipping in and out of videos when I have more time but do my own daily 10 minute routine its amazing The nhs should be promoting this and keep more women out of operating theatres

Great program
Initially I wasn t able to access the introduction videos to refresh how to do the breathing before apnea I like the course and it s premise to help with pelvic floor issues but there needs to be an app I can press to open the courses and an easier way to get into the videos Once they are completed and marked completed I can t access them I get an automated response when I text and continuously told to click the box on dashboard except their screen doesn t mimic my screen on my IPhone Edit Use your laptop to get full screen access Also to videotape you have to convert to MP4 from a mov file on the IPhone I m enjoying learning and I see my posture is improving and the breathing is helping
