Bad experience I would not buy from them Asked for an expert opinion on some landscaping ideas and the sales rep indicated he would help and had all the time in the world to assist Then after I stated I was only looking for 4-5 plants he indicated he was late for an appointment and bailed on me I m taking my business somewhere else FU Moon Vally P S This occurred at the Tatum Rd Phoenix location

I originally ordered a tree and a dead tree removal The following day I cancelled the removal but it took two and a half weeks to get my money back because the salesman never cancelled it He told me several times it had Finally had to get to a manager Now comes planting day they show up with a tree that I didn t tag I even wrote on the box If you expect to get what you picked out guess again Will never go back again

We found a tree we loved a crepe Myrtle 6-8 years old Brandon was very knowledgeable and reassuring Matthew the district manager of also made sure that all was done right and smoothly Mathew was truly a gentleman and man of honor he s truly a dying breed when he gave his word you can be rest assured he ll follow thru that a principle that s no longer filled in business definitely will return and tell others this is the only game in town when it comes to decorating your garden with trees shrubs and flowers can go wrong Massimo and Young

Great Experience at Moon Nursery

I bought 6 Podocarpus Henkelii trees at Huntington Beach Moon Valley Nursery in May 2021 However three of them didn t grow well so I decided to try to exchange them I bought insurance for three trees I went there last week and met Jackson He is very kind and knowledgeable He immediately took me to tag the three beautiful trees and scheduled the delivery date After I went home I texted him to ask him to send the photos of the three trees to me He quickly sent the three photos to me Later that night I thought those trees were not Podocarpus Henkelii so I texted him again and he still texted me back even though he was off working He called me to explain the three trees the next morning so I felt totally relieved One week later I got three beautiful trees in my backyard I gratefully appreciate Jackson s help Also I am so impressed by Moon Nursery that takes care of the trees very well and the delivery team worked very efficiently Even though the price is more expensive than other places but it worth

I started my backyard journey in 2022 and 2023 my landscape thanks to the help of Moon Valley on McKellips in Mesa The sales team and the Nursery Pro Ceser were wonderful Cesar was a great help with plant placement and suggestions for my backyard

Moon valley had the plant I needed This was special since it is a plant other nurseries don t have Kelly is the sales person who handles the order and made every effort to accommodate me Steve did the planting I was out of town and he called me and we discussed the placement of the plant from photos of the site and he understood exactly was needed and did an excellent job He also made sure I knew that it had to be watered every day for a week I am as pleased as it is possible to be with the service I received from the people at Moon Valley Nursery Thank you so much Jill
