I ordered an expensive item over the Internet and paid a premium for 24 hr delivery as I was in a hurry for the parts 24 hrs came and went with nothing arriving and no word from Moorespeed so I called them I was told that most of the parts they advertise are not actually in stock and that the 24 hr delivery premium was from the time they receive items from suppliers I questions this somewhat misleading practice and was given excuses That s simply unacceptable to take money in good faith and mislead customers into thinking its a genuine 24 hr service I note a previous review in January had a broadly similar experience I cancelled and got the parts 17 cheeper from demon tweeks I d avoid this company

poorly made product owner ignored me

got poorly made product talked to owner who agreed that the product was poorly made i emailed him mages which he ignored Ignored many more emails even called one of there staff who was meant to remind him i waited 1 month for delivery got a product with marks non circular holes that was mis molded Was gonna have dyno tune with the but now i not stay away

What a bunch of complete muppets AVOID

What a bunch of complete muppets from the staff through to the owner They think its ok to provide poor service and effectively steal from teenagers my son We were warned that they are useless in respect to dyno tuning and it appears customer service is complete rubbish as well I feel sorry for the staff it seems the owners complete muppet who feels its ok to provide rubbish and charge for it I ve so many people to tell to avoid this company and can see from linkedin he doesn t like to converse i will be calling in to see this so called Director Look out for the corporate hot air response to this one which doesn t change the fact they should be avoided at all cost Such a shame that 9 out of 10 people feel its ok to steal and rip people off

Dropped in this week to look for a scout there wasn t one that I really liked I talked through one that I had seen on eBay that they build Unlike many shops that would switch off at that point they gave may a complete tun down of the history of the bike and offered to get it delivered to them before I committed to it Above and beyond customer service

Have Done business with MooreSpeed before with my GSX 1400 had new head bearings fitted Excellent Service I also had my 916 Ducati serviced there before swapping it for a Ducati Diavel again very Professional had all the correct tools to service the Duke Even checked before hand to make sure they had the correct equipment You can t ask for more

Recently purchased a 49cc Scooter that these guys had advertised on my local gumtree As I am based 30 miles away from their premises I didn t have the opportunity to view beforehand my choice so I purchased blind after having had an email conversation followed by a phone conversation The service provided by Nick was excellent throughout from the initial purchase through to arranging delivery which was carried out as promised by a very professional guy After 2 weeks I also received a follow up courtesy phone call from Nick just to check that all was okay All in all i can t fault the service provided and would recommend this company
