The highlight of 2020 so far

The highlight of 2020 so far Our new wet room has really transformed our quality of life especially for my son who has autism and a learning disability Richard our fitter did a a great job He was friendly professional and extremely hard working and punctual One day he arrived at 7 30 am He explained the process with all the stages of the work well and was flexible in making adjustments The rest of the team were also helpful and ensured that the experience was as Covid-secure as possible wearing masks and social distancing

We are very grateful to Darren who fitted our new shower room With us for 3 weeks and working alone he was unfailingly cheerful and courteous consulting us at every stage He demonstrated great technical skill in plumbing electrical work and tiling He was a very tidy worker clearing up every afternoon Lynne and I are very satisfied with the final result Thank you Darren

We would like to express our thanks to Carl and the team Nigel Joe and Damien on the completion of our new barhroom The suggestion from the design team about a total redesign has proved to be fantastic The fitting by Carl was to an extremely high standard and he involved us all the way through on any decisions that needed making he has done a fantastic job We will definitely recommend you to everyone

Quality and professionalism

We cannot commend Passmores enough From our first meeting with Garry Kirkbright who talked us through the process and advised us on products and colour schemes to Darren our bathroom fitter who worked long hours and produced an immaculate finish We were so impressed with everyone we dealt with friendly knowledgeable and very obviously passionate about their work and Passmores as a company We will shortly be asking Passmores back to discuss the building of an extension Thank you Passmores

New bathroom installation

I recently had a new bathroom installed and I am very pleased with the result I needed a re-design of the bathroom and Julie came up with a solution The fitter Carl was exceptional and did excellent work giving attention to detail and always polite and he involved me in any decisions reaquired He always left the job clean and tidy at the end of each day I would be happy to recommend the Passmore group

We found the company to be very on the ball They confirmed every appointment and kept to time Darren Brown who installed our new bathroom was excellent He arrived each morning with a smile and got on with the job Each evening he tidied up so that we could use the washbasin in the bathroom and worked late so that the job was finished by Friday afternoon Very recommendable
