Product arrived very late and was a cheap material copy of the woolen jumper that I ordered Much larger than the size I ordered Product ordered was 35 product received I could have bought from a local seaside shop for 5 maximum No chance of resolving this do not purchase from this company

Black dress that I saw on Facebook on 12 12 24that I ordered looked ok so I purchased it for 34 95 I sent Morgan an email on 23 1224 asking for information as to when said dress would arrive Dress arrived 31 12 24 Poor quality No laundry care labels No size labels or company that produces it Neck edge is lopsided and material is flimsy Sent email this morning asking for address to return for full refund Should have read the reviews of this company before buying Doubt I will get my money back but I will give it my best shot Stay clear and shame on Facebook for not closing down these adverts

Sizes are wrong

The Sizes are totally inaccurate I ordered a standard mens XL and got a child sized version of my item very disappointed by their mens sizes obviously from China or somewhere like this and took a week longer than expected delivery

Scum of the earth trading off a good name Do not buy anything from them hopefully they will go to jail for the sub standard sweat shop style clothing they are selling from China for crazy money

Customer service is non- existent

Customer service is non- existent Waited three weeks for order to arrive and the wrong item was delivered Have sent numerous emails but to no avail Completely useless would not touch with a barge pole

What a charade Ordered one jumper and got roped into two as I did nt understand the supposed discount That was at the beginning of December and so far nothing has come although the company reckon we have to leave it 20 working days Having read the other reveiws it s looking like a complete scam Silly me stick to Amazon in future

Awful quality based in China terrible to no customer service

This company is based in China and the quality of goods is awful I ve been trying to get a return address out of them for over a week and now have told me I need to ship it back to China at my own cost Avoid buying from these rip off merchants

Where do I return an item to

I would like to return an item have emailed the company several times for an address to send it but no reply Does anyone know of an address or where to send to The item arrived with no tags attached and no paperwork A total scam
