Poorly managed company
My initial problem was that a wrong address was placed on my account due to technical reason according to them and thus online access is locked In the last three months I have being trying to get the issue resolved and encountered unbelievable problems within Morgan Stanley There is no ownership no accountability no commitment Only thing they have is disconnection among different departments After three months the problem still not resolved This is a poorly managed company

Absolute dog crap service
Absolute dog service Called them more than 10times and every single time different agent picks up and verify you and read the notes which they have no clue what is going on and apologize for inconvenience pretend to do something for you and NEVER does They will promise to escalate call you back give you a confirmation until x time just to get you to hang up and NEVER ONCE followed through Agents will even straight out lie to you saying that things are being processed and I just have to wait Weeks later when I called back a different person said I needed to resubmit the document because of missing category Absolutely disgusting service I hate myself for trusting what they say they would do every time Straightup disgusting and makes you lose faith in people overall

Lost 60 of my portfolio on bad judgement and deceit Refused to help me pull back accounts Felt threatened and uneasy with them the last 4 years 2015-2019 Brokers at the Morgan Stanley Dallas Preston plaza office were or seemed to be mentally incapable or just didn t give a about my life savings The Nicholas group should be avoided at all costs The names Maria and jim Nicholas stand for OBLITERATION and CHAOS If you question Morgan Stanley on its POOR GUIDANCE and DECISIONS they will close your accounts Poor excuses and ethics are the usual with this group Mental issues might possibly be another issue in that office as well

I am trying to get stocks allocated to my husband by Amazon who unfortunately passed away due to Covid After submitting all required documents almost a year ago I am still waiting for the funds stocks They are not even bothered to respond on timelines I will not recommend anyone to invest with them

I m not going to waste a lot of keystrokes here just to give details as to why they are the worst financial experience I ve ever had They just are I m in the process of closing all three of my accounts brokerage checking and saving ostensibly due to the horrendously BAD customer service Getting put on hold and endless transfers once I finally reach a human who actually spoke English was particularly irritating I spent 3 hours on the phone with 4 different reps and never did get finished what I needed to do but with the promise of a call back in 2-3 three days REALLY Gthanks

Horrible They block your account every six months but one can never get the Verification Code No email address only a tel number in USA so from SA the call costs me 10 for 2 minutes and still they don t fix the problem big mistake They have only elusive people at this company what are they afraid of makes you wonder

Do not use this firm for anything
Do not use this firm for anything After 5 days 8 customer service representatives they did not set up the on-line account properly and could not do anything to help The account was over 40 years old but had no on-line trading set up Once finally getting the on-line account established for trading and then finding out we couldn t actually trade we get start over again Literally every rep said they didn t understand why the last rep had done what they did

Morgan Stanley is discriminative and purposefully unreachable
Morgan Stanley is blocking my access to the shares I received while working for a U S company Their practice is discriminative against Europeans as I am being asked to fill and send back a W-8BEN form via MAIL FAX to Ohio is this the 21st century They claim this can theoretically be done electronically but provide no solutions to do so Their practice is highly illegal especially since in the meantime I cannot access my account to see my savings and there is no chat help provided apart from a phone number that is not available

Internal Audit Manager at Morgan Stanley Cho Yiu who works for Morgan Stanley is incompetent to work there He can not talk without Insulting People If he doesn t understand something he going to insult you and your wife and talk about you hear from a lawyer After 3 weeks nothing Blocking your account and steal your money It would be nice to put some screen shots to it
