Poor Quality
Fast delivery but their claimed high quality is not something I can recognize in the product In 3 months the laces broke twice and even though they just send me new ones this is still not satisfying But the biggest concern to me is that the shoes I ordered got a crack in the leather Morjas response to this issue was at first that it was not acceptable for them that the shoes cracked but later turned on their own decision and said that a crack in that spot would be impossible and could only happen if I stumped my boots into something sharp or blunt which I didn t do So if you want shoes boots with fast delivery but apparently with changing quality go ahead But I will NOT recommend it

Very poor customer service and seemingly low quality products
Ordered two pairs of their espadrille Beautiful upon arrival but after a few days of light wear one pair started falling apart with the sole leaving the shoe and holes in the stitching between the sole and the suede upper I have reached out to Morjas three times in the last 30 days but have heard nothing back Very poor customer service and seemingly low quality products

I never received the shoes and Morjas is too difficult to reach The shipping company keeps telling me to solve it with Morjas but Morjas does not seem like they want to help me in this case

Expensive for Bad Shoes
I ve bought shoes for half the price that felt much better don t waste your time in this shop also their customer service is useless in actual help with problems only offer info regarding selling products

Never received the product but had to pay for it
I ordered shoes and they sent me the wrong size I had to return it and after an extremely long wait they said they had delivered a new pair of shoes which I actually never received I had to pay them in the end I cannot recommend ordering at this company

BEWARE UK CUSTOMERS OR MORJAS
BEWARE UK CUSTOMERS OF MORJAS MISLEADING DECEPTIVE PRICING I recently had the unfortunate experience of becoming a new UK based customer of Morjas and I am deeply disappointed with the entire process From the misleading pricing to the unprofessional customer service my encounter with this company has left a sour taste in my mouth First and foremost the pricing on the Morjas website is incredibly deceptive As a UK customer I purchased a pair of Belgian loafers based on the advertised price of 199 GBP Little did I know that this was just the tip of the iceberg In reality the shoes cost me a total of 274 80 GBP including additional charges such as shipping VAT and customs fees The actual price was never truthfully represented on the website and I felt misled when the final price emerged DHL contacted me requesting additional payment and customs taxes at the delivery stage Moreover the website itself lacks transparency when it comes to pricing European customers are provided with clear information stating that the shoes are priced at 279 Euro with free shipping Yet UK customers are left in the dark only to discover hidden charges and discrepancies upon checkout This disparity in pricing and communication is simply unacceptable To make matters worse my attempts to resolve the issue with Morjas customer service were met with utter disregard and unprofessionalism Erik the Head of Customer Experience failed to address my concerns promptly and even went as far as to ignore some of my emails for days at a time As a representative of the company I feel that his behaviour was far from satisfactory and certainly not befitting a position of authority I also contacted the CEO to make a complaint and one week later haven t had any acknowledgement or response whatsoever Although I did receive a refund for the shoes themselves the fact that I was still charged 25 GBP for shipping on an item I will never receive is nothing short of unfair Morjas refusal to refund this amount speaks volumes about their lack of customer-centricity and disregard for customer satisfaction In conclusion my experience with Morjas has been nothing short of disappointing The misleading pricing lack of transparency and unprofessional customer service have left me with a negative impression of the brand I would strongly advise prospective UK customers to be cautious and perhaps consider alternative options From my experience Morjas has a long way to go in terms of improving their pricing practices customer communication and overall commitment to customer satisfaction

Import Tax on Morjas Shoes
I purchased a pair of Morjas shoes sadly they were too small and undersized so I returned them and received a refund What I wasn t told was I would be liable for the import tax on my purchase this information came from a letter I received from DHL six months later After many conversations with DHL I was then presented with a letter from a collection agency giving me seven days to pay and an additional 19 50 costs added After some google searches I have discovered that any purchase made over 135 00 are liable to these costs I have returned the shoes so I can legally claim the original import cost back via the HMRC But not the collection agency costs I would urge to avoid this company at all costs as I they should be displaying the additional costs on there website as clearly the delivery and returns are not free as they state Another Brexit disaster
