My package got damaged but motion step up

I ordered some batteries from motion rc But when the package arrived it had a hole in it and some off the batteries I had ordered where gone I contacted the customer service and the replied in less than 5 hours and resolved the problem I m more than happy and told all my flying Clup members about it Great job motion rc And great work
