Simple and satisfied

Took out a three years alloy wheels insurance for my wife s car as soon as she took delivery of it knowing that she will definitely kerb it soon or later Nine months on she finally kerbed it Made a claim against the policy within four working days all sorted it s amazing how swift was the process The wheel looks immaculate The claim procedure was very straight forward just followed the prompt and was done in a few minutes I have read some bad reviews about this insurance product but I guess providing it is a genuine claim you should not experience any problem Hopefully I will not need to make anymore claims in the next two years

Great company to have my vehicle covered by Held a policy for years no issues with claims and now they organise my services and MOT at a really reasonable price My advice to any one buying a policy with Motoreasy is read policy cover and ask if you are unsure All the negative comments are clearly from individuals who haven t done this

Easy to set up

So far the process and setting up has been painless and stress free I haven t had to use the claims process so can t comment on that side of things yet Very reasonable price and not too pushy sales pitch

I mostly spoke with John but Dane was helpful as well I was originally just looking around for quotes and coverage to try and work out if an extended warranty was actually worth it or not and John did not try to sell me on anything at all Just facts he even ran me through a few scenarios that I came up with and basically held my hand through the process No rush no pressure and responded very quickly every time I contacted him Cannot rate him high enough and an absolute credit to your company I haven t had to try and make a claim through the warranty thus far so this review may get updated if issues arise there but so far it s all looking good
