We purchased a used Hymer from travelworld last June The whole process was straightforward with good communication throughout Sales staff most helpful and admin staff well organised All contacts were reliable and followed up efficiently The van was was delivered in excellent condition and the handover was most professional We have completed a couple of trips in the van now and are thoroughly enjoying the vehicle Criticisms - only one small one when spending a not inconsiderable sum for a used vehicle they could not furnish us with a few eye bolts and fixing nuts for the garage A small gripe Overall most impressed with the level of service provided and the quality of used vehicle preparation as when I looked at the paperwork a number of items had been replaced before delivery Thank you

Great service and great people
We collected our new motor home yesterday and what a great experience Slight issue with faulty SD card in sat nav but fixed by the time we had a coffee The sales person was Ryan who was very professional from the outset and made our purchase smooth and easy We were lucky enough to get Darren as our handover specialist who was very thorough but explained everything very well in a very easy to understand format Also a very nice person to deal with I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and shall certainly be back for my next motor home

Great service and advice
I d like to share a recent very positive experience specifically the excellent customer service from Katie Service Advisor and Andy the alarm technician We bought our Hymer last summer and took it down to Stafford in January for some warranty work including microswitch replacement They needed it longer than the three days it was booked in for as seals had to be replaced this was a massive job Katie kept us informed throughout and let us keep the courtesy car until we picked up our motorhome in early February We had requested a walk-through of the alarm system and centrallocking on collection day Katie and Andy came into work on a day off specially to do this The alarm has been going off intermittently since then but we ve had several phone conversations with Andy who s given us advice about how to resolve this

Excellent service from the start Due to Covid we were looking for a motorhome remotely The prompt response from Ryan and his knowledgeable input helped us decide on our vehicle During the lockdown as we were unable to travel to see the vehicle Ryan kept in touch and we were also able to place a returnable deposit to hold the motorhome Once travel was allowed the presentation of the vehicle and the purchase were seamless A great company to deal with

A great experience buying our Motorhome from Edwin Hymer Travelworld even though it sometimes felt we were being vetted as you would be when buying a puppy dog with the seller making sure that the puppy is going to a good home I am writing this sat in the Motorhome in Marizion Cornwall overlooking St Michael s Mount Thanks to Martin at Travelworld who kept us informed every step of the way during our purchase top man

We visited Travelworld in October to look for a new Motorhome Prior to our visit we were very helpfully provided with brochures and information regarding our visit and our sales contact met us on the day and showed us the Motorhome we were interested in which we bought The whole transaction went through very quickly and we returned to Darlington to wait for it to be prepared for us to pick it up Unfortunately lockdown happened so we were unable to travel down for the pick up and hand over Travel world arranged for a driver to bring it to us and also sent three excellent handover videos which we can use to remind ourselves when we eventually get to use it Thank you Travelworld
