The Engineer Suraj was very friendly and professional He worked in a clean and orderly manner without intruding When Suraj had finished the install you would not be able to tell that any works had been completed as he left the areas he was working in spotless Very nice chap and I would highly recommend this company based on the work and attitude of Suraj a definite asset to the company

We had mouldex visit us for a mould wash Marlon carried out the work cleanly and efficiently He was incredibly helpful and answered all my questions and explained everything to me I would recommend this company and if you get Marlon you won t be disappointed Genuinely nice guy who knew his work very happy

Amazing service from Mouldex efficient professional great communication very tidy no mess left behind at all excellent service The guy was called Denney Mann who carried out the work today such a lovely guy not only did he do the job he came for and may I say perfectly done also he went above and beyond to make sure everything was ok to which he found some other problems faults from other contractors who s work needs sorting out which he didn t have to do and will raise them with the correct contractors who should carry out the work Really pleased with company Would highly recommend Denney Mann great employee his hard work shouldn t go unnoticed really friendly polite helpful Ms Lee

Leanne visited my property today and was the first person to attempt to get in my loft hatch The lift hatch is tiny and above the bath council workers have refused to even try Leanne managed to get into the loft and fit the ventilation unit She was friendly and courteous letting me know exactly what she was doing

Both Howard and Melissa were friendly and efficient in doing the work to my Mums home Howard very kindly hoovered up a mess left by a previous contractor under our staircase Melissa made an extra effort to explain everything she was doing and left everything spotless clean after all the paintwork had been completed My Mum can relax now knowing that her home is free from mould and we cannot thank you enough for your expertise and professionalism in resolving these issues
