Worst ever online booking experience
Do not buy ticket from this website 1- I bought a IRYO train ticket and I couldn t choose the luggage size Then I got fined in the train station for large luggage 2- After buying the ticket they offered me a free membership of privilegiosencompras es Today I was charged 18 for membership Never buy tickets from them

Awful online ticket experiences
Tried to buy tickets online it said tickets are not sold online Turn up to the ticket office and she says you buy online and now it s fully booked So instead we change plans and book a bus for 2 days time When we re getting ready to leave for the plan we realise they refunded the tickets back to my bank account and didn t give us our tickets with absolutely no information saying they did so Horrible communication and changed two days of our short trip due to it

Booked tickets and paid for tickets but never received the tickets Got a confirmation but no tickets Tried ringing 10 times and finally got through and person didn t even listen just talked over me and said send an email which I had already done twice and have not received a response He then hung up on me Pathetic and extremely rude DO NOT use this inefficient rip off organisation
