It s a really bad estate agents they have no customer care and as a cash buyer genuinely interested in buying a property they do not reply to emails or follow up to their calls I was told a offer was excepted and they gave a time limit for a letter from the mortgage company to confirm finance I called back after the time expired but was told another story so it was extended was also informed that it was one of the managers property and by the secretary who managed his portfolio seems like conflict of interest with possible gazumping

Dealt with Laura and Nina on a recently concluded purchase both very pleasant and responsive Positive experience from beginning to the end and made for a smooth purchase Nina was clearly on the ball with both sets of solicitors and armed with latest info to ensure things were moving along nicely In my recent experience found a reservation fee to be typical of the online agents compared to the traditional ones so when I was informed a 1 reservation fee was required should offer be accepted wasn t overly surprised Nonetheless the reservation agreement clearly stated this requirement and the terms etc Great experience with the two Ladies would recommend

In February I ve contacted the the move places state agent regarding purchasing a house spoken to Laura initially and since then everything was made so efficiently from booking viewing all the way to passing details to my solicitors I was communicating Laura and Anna on a weekly basis by phone and Email and as everyone knows buying a house is so stressful but I had to say they both made so effortlessly comfortable for me to understand any worries that I had before I would 100 recommend family and friends to move places because of them Laura and Anna I would also say keep up the good work and good luck
