Giovanni was cordial and well prepared to answer our questions He clarified a lot of the fuzzy areas we have come up against while looking into obtain our Italian citizenship through descent as well as the process to get a digital nomad visa He also confirmed some of the hurdles we are concerned about He offered some suggestions about overcoming those challenges and also helped us get in touch with another adviser regarding some of our more direct tax specific questions He followed through with everything he said he would do after our call and I feel 100 confident that if I emailed him with another question he would be there to help
