I have had a Sentinal Phantom Alarm Tracker fitted to my New Bailey Adamo Motorhome The installation set- up and monitoring was first class and the back - up technical support has been outstanding Being of an age where technology doesn t come easy it is comforting to be able to talk to a company that cares Katy Lester both helped me with a couple of issues which I couldn t fathom out myself and everything is working perfectly So a big thank you both from a very satisfied customer

Excellent customer service

We rang to enquire about purchasing additional alarm sensors to fit ourselves to our motorhome garage doors Ben advised us that this was perfectly possible We placed the order and Ben said that he would get them out to us straight away and that once they were fitted to call him again and he would run through the simple pairing process He wasn t kidding The sensors arrived in the post the next day Once fitted we rang and asked to speak to Ben were put straight through and he ran us through the simple pairing process and within a few minutes we were done Excellent customer service Will definitely use again and also recommend

Big thanks to Katy and Will for their assistance great at explaining how it all works very patient for us non techies much appreciated Both alarm and tracker do exactly what they are supposed to and the team get in touch so quickly if alarm is triggered as proven by me setting it off in error

Fantastic service

Fantastic service really fast update I called to update to a cherised plate I had problems with my mobile connection Albany was kind enough to call be back Went through security updated the number plate - this was actioned immediatley and was showing correctly in the app and I had recieved the new certificate before the phone call ended Absolutely brilliant Thank you

Great customer service sorting out a longstanding irritation

We had an issue where the Fiat key would lock and unlock the cab doors and the habitation door but although the Phantom key fob would lock the cab doors and habitation door it would only unlock the cab doors NOT the habitation door Will Jackson of Moving Intelligence technical department initially took me through the 9 step alarm reset process When that didn t work he said he would have to back to the drawing board and would be in touch About half an hour later he called back and told me how to do a slight variation on the 9 step process which worked Both Fait and Phantom keys now lock and unlock cab doors and habitation door successfully Great customer service

I cannot thank Moving Intelligence for the outstanding support when my vehicle broke down I rang the team seeking advice and support with my issue and a huge thanks to Lester for providing the support to get me back on the road Lester again rang me today to assist with the re programming of my fob Overall such a fantastic service provided by Moving Intelligence especially Lester Thank you so much
