Such a great service fast communications and did everything they said they said they would This was such a helpful service when my partner and I moved homes and we needed broadband to work from home whilst our provider sorted things their end for the move

This was my first time using Moving Internet I ordered from Canada and it arrived at my location in the north of Scotland as arranged I ended up extending the hire period for a few extra days which was simple to do It was perfect for what I needed I didn t use it for streaming so can t comment on that experience I would suggest that customers are informed at the time of hire what their actual return day for the router would be Return was easy with the return address label provided and my deposit was promptly refunded I was happy to find this type of service was available and will definitely use it again even though I feel it was quite an expensive option

Brilliant Arrived quickly worked perfectly and got us out of a tricky situation with no WiFi Signal was great and the refund was processed promptly after I returned the box Will definitely use again Highly recommend

After grappling with the incompetence of Virgin Media s frustratingly inept customer service home mover technical teams it was an absolute joy to stumble upon Moving Internet Streamlined smooth annd efficient service But here s the important bit enough bandwidth to run online meetings and multiple other devices including two Xboxes playing Fortnite and EA Sports Delivered in time as promised with great comms throughout Completely saved my life and made the experience of moving house so much less stressful
