Shipping plus support is not good

They have a bad support I wrote them a mail and they don t answer back The shipping takes really really and when I mean really it is really long I am still waiting for my order to arrive I don t recommend buying anything from them anymore

I ve had two different Moza bases

I ve had two different DD bases from Moza and both of them failed within 6months First had an R9 that started completely loosing ffb until it was fully dead This was then sent in for replacement and i was given the choice to upgrade to an R12 I did this hoping it would be better given it was their newest product this base worked for about 6 months until it started having the exact same issues After about 10 minutes to 1-2 hours the ffb will just suddenly drop to under 50 of its strength leaving the wheel feeling like a toy The only thing that temporarily fixes this is a full reset of the base But it will just come back Will also add that from the year i ve been on their official discord i have seen loads of users posting about similar and other issues daily with their bases They have a huge quality control issue They will also ban users from their discord I would strongly advice anyone against ever becoming a customer of this company Just because some youtube drivers are sponsored by them does not mean its a trustworthy company They most likely cherry picks the hardware they give to these people to make sure they seem good But the reviews from their customers do not lie This company has zero quality control

Stay away from this company

No refund so far also only part of the order was shipped To start they lie with the shipment and delivery time It took them 3 weeks to ship my order partially so not even all the items were shipped although everything was marked as In Stock Asked for a refund days before the items were shipped didn t got that they decided to ship 2 out of 3 items Gave me 2 tracking numbers for the delivery only 1 was valid Takes them days to replay and if they dislike the complain they ll ignore it From a R9 wheel base CS Steering wheel CRP Pedals HGP Shifter and a table clamp only the last 2 were shipped the other ones are missing can t be tracked with the number they provide for DHL also they still didn t refund it

MOZA is straight garbage

BAINZY on discord - he bans and deletes chat bought from moza racing but they didnt ship my stuff until support was contacted then they lied and said the second part of my order was returned without reason meanwhile on their own website it still says processing lol soo obviously a lie then support said id have to wait a long time for my order if i refused to take their refund meanwhile on their website it says my product is in stock in the domestic warehouse what a joke dont order please avoid

DO NOT BUY When something breaks it s you fault even a 450 steering wheel Seemingly I dented it by pressing it Therefore not fit for purpose

Never order moza Save yourself Was told 5 days until my order will be shipped 6 Days later I get told it ll be another 7 days Waste of time and joke of a company
