firefox used to be good

firefox used to be good now it sucks there is no official support the community is useless problems never get resolved

Unusable

After many years of using Firefox I have reluctantly had to move to Chrome Firefox has become increasingly buggy and just unusable I have wasted a lot of time trying to resolve issues which are no fault of mine and have now moved on

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful Every time there is an update it gets worse It won t let you ignore the updates either and is driving me mad How can rubbish get even more rubbish I got to visit another site from the one I m on and it won t let me I have to close firefox and try again each time I thought it was the computer or the websites I m visiting Also won t copy and paste But no I also have google chrome on my pc and that works fine so process of elimination tells me that firefox is crap I already knew that but didn t didn t think it can be this bad It will teach me just to use google chrome all the time instead I thought I d give firefox one last chance and it has finally tried my patience to the limit Will be unistalling it now

Ditch Firefox it has become useless

I have been using Firefox as my main browser for over 20 years and it was excellent The last 2 updates to the Firefox browser destroyed all that Up until a few weeks past I could open Firefox and check my Windows Mail account or my Hotmail account that I pay for by the year Starting with the last 2 Firefox updates I can no longer check either of my Windows 10 mail accounts or even open them using the Firefox browser I m a senior and because of health problems I can t use a smartphone and I don t use social media The only way I can talk to my kids and grandkids is through my Windows mail or my Hotmail account I have been forced to change to a Google browser which I dislike greatly If you are over 60 stay away from Firefox They don t understand service and could care less about your needs

The previous session is missing

The previous session is missing There were hundreds of tabs recovery doesn t work Looking for it in history is insane Now I m wasting my work time on this recovery When the browser is on it takes up more than half of the memory I don t recommend this browser to anyone

Loosing Credibility

Last two versions of Firefox can not even load eBay pages correctly plus loads of different site pages Wasted loads of time rebooting etc to no avail so need alt browser open at same time ridiculous Too often Firefox functional updates are pointless tinkering and time wasting regression For example new printing function is pathetic or the restore all tabs tab disappeared Basics - Do the programmers not use this software in the real world Why and what s going on Firefox gets you hooked in and then lets you down To make matter worse Mozilla do not listen to constructive criticism and stone wall That s not open source that s fascism and no better than other arrogant Tech Companies I won t donate again

mozilla firefox has become a pile of crap 10 times slower than opera It is like Mercedes stated making Trabant No quality control from firefox a bunch of under developped arrogant wrankers They should be ashamed of launching such back products

Fraudulent activity

Fraudulent activity by someone claiming to be Firefox Net result I wasted the small sum of 1 50 on a Sunday but was saved by my incredibly security concious credit card company from any further debits which started at 07 30 on the Monday Had my CC stopped and a new one issued

Adblock blocked by high handed Firefox

As of today - without my permission but apparently for my security - Firefox has disabled AdBlock I can find no way of getting it back I would remind Firefox that I am the best judge of my own security and that it is not up to them to pile in and stop extensions that I use from working Fine I ll use another browser bye bye Firefox

Gets worse every update

Gets worse every update Used to be great up until about 5 years ago I now use Google Chrome more and more As soon as I click to start Firefox from my desktop it races to consume so much RAM that the pc freezes I have a CPU monitor on my pc and it showed that between Firefox and AVG it was using 92 of my RAM It has become totally rubbish now and even has the gaul to block use of some of my important sites like Songtradr saying it is untrustworthy What is untrustworthy is Firefox I m gradually moving my sites over to Google Chrome and when that is done I ll cease to use this heap of rubbish called Firefox They must be using backward technology
