Buggy platform Metatrader buggy site market and support does not help they tell you to check their useless forum which I didthis is most likely the worst company I ve seen but since they were the first to be there they got a headstart and now they deliver nothing Avoid buying anything from mql5 com and do not waste time on there as well

They don t send the money I earn I ve been trying for 6 months They said they sent it My bank said no such money had arrived and they should call us When I said this they said no we sent them we won t call anyone These are thieves They are devoid of honor

Big problem with EAs it s full of false reviews false backtests A real mafia is installed a lot of trolls The site has been letting this happen for several years completely littered with scams

Stein Investments First there is no Stein Investments website They use MQL5 as their store front We purchased 3 indicators and paid 99 an indicator Nobody from MQL will help I recently tried to add the FX Power to my platform but received a note that it was unable to install When I went to the Vendor store it read Unfortunately FX Power is unavailable Both are gone MT4 and MT5 I contacted the Vendor and he responded with FX Power was in the market for 8 years and it was time to provide something entirely new Hence we developed FX Power NG with our modern panel technique and numerous other improvements under the hood and released it in July 2023 So instead of apologize for pulling two of our purchases he tries to sell me his new one for 147 Many Vendors who receive poor reviews will remove their indicator and repackage it with a slightly different name and thus the process begins all over Nobody will read the past negative review because with the product removal bye bye goes the reviews The past is hidden and no longer available to the potential customer And the MQL website accommodates this type of unaccountability that leads to theft

Think before you subscribe any signal in MQL5 buggy platform you will end up losing lot of money It doesn t properly reflect the signal providers trades Here are some of the things that you can see bugs in which is not designed properly1 Ratio calculation This is one of the worst design I have ever seen Lost lot of money due to this calculation issues When you add some funds or lose some funds it again recalculates the ratio and closes the current running trades which are in negative opens new one You will end up losing lot of money here 2 Duplicate trades This often happened to me when signal provider opens a trade with 0 01 there will be 2trades open with same lot size in signal subscribers account At some point it realizes it as a duplicate trade and closes automatically This I have reproduced multiple times and raised issue moderator claimed my account as a bug 3 Buy limit or Sell limit If signal provider set some buy or sell limit in his account and gets cancelled it opens a trade in signal subscribers account and closes immediately which will be a loss again This is something which I have frequently noticed

What a quagmire

Paid for 2 software products and within days they were taken off the site no longer operating and cannot be redownloaded and mql5 desk says get ahold of the developer uuu how does that fix the problem i purchased the product through mql5 and can t redownload or resolve problems they take your money and can t be bothered not ever doing business with mql5 again 2 day later I discover a credit on my MQL5 acct no email was sent and of course the money was not refunded but kept as a credit balance Sending another internal message to please refund a credit card dispute solved the problem NEVER GIVE MQL5 YOUR MONEY UNLESS IT IS YOUR LAST OPTION

The most terrible helpdesk

The most terrible helpdesk they wont help you they will take their service fee and left what ever happen with a scammer developer they don t care there is no reply back from helpdesk and they don t care of their customers the developers also know that the helpdesk is of no use and probably support the developers to bring in more business so they are all ready to scam you be away from here you will just loose your money
