An engine warning light came on on my car so I took it to the sittingbourne branch of mr clutch They were amazing especially the lady on reception They didn t charge me for putting there computer through my car to locate the problem and also put me at ease on what the problem could be Really good way to build up loyalty and I instantly booked my mot and service with them for next month I highly recommend them to anyone with car trouble Very friendly and helpful

Great service at the Acton branch

Called in to the Acton West London branch at 8 30am and spoke to Giovanni I asked whether a clutch replacement would be possible to turn around within the day and he said he d try his hardest for me as I needed the car to travel tomorrow I dropped the car off by 9 15am and by 1 30pm I got the call that the car was all ready Super quick service and lovely customer service Thanks to Giovanni and the team for sorting my clutch out so quickly

Had a new clutch fitted at the Tunbridge Wells Mr clutch branch Extremely happy with the service we received they finished the repair earlier then planned They are a very professional and dedicated team would highly recommend them

New clutch Not today

Thought my VW Golf needed a new clutch booked it in with a very friendly lady at their Sittingbourne branch and went to drop it in this evening She kindly asked one of her engineers to check the car before I left it with them for replacement tomorrow Apparently it doesn t need a new clutch the pedal is just a bit hard They could quite easily have replaced the clutch and I d be none the wiser After their honesty I will be using them in future for the other services they offer Actually the first job they re getting is carrying out the MOT for my car as the lady on reception phoned me after I d left to remind me that it s due Will be recommending many thanks

My sons van a bridge too far for me

As a qualified mechanical engineer with almost 60 years experience I must say I was highly impressed with Mr Clutch Malalago Rd in particular their manager Stuart I am still servicing and repairing numerous vehicles for my 3 sons and their families however a Primastar van was beyond my facilities needing a 2 post commercial lift As usual there were a couple of seals that needed replacing as well as the clutch which had disintegrated these were done at cost without additional labour cost When I queried something Stuart took me into the workshop to look at the old clutch and politely explained my query The repair was done 2 days early The workshop was large clean and tidy STUART is an obvious asset to Mr Clutch they are VERY LUCKY to have found him
