I bought a Mr Flullyfriends dog bed and went off their size guide What arrived was a small dog bed that would just fit a small cat never mind a fully grown cocker spaniel Not very happy The company have since been in touch and my complaint has been resolved very quickly

HelloI have been bombarded with emails from MrFluffyFriend I need them to stop I asked them to assist me having purchased five dog beds two blankets their attempts at an offer is that I pay out another 84 euro to get a larger size of bed that I have already paid for They do not want me to return pay the difference instead I am asked to pay out another huge amount on top I am weary from these emails I have asked them to stop but it s almost as though they are sending them more frequently than before If they allowed return charge the difference in the next size up I could just about afford this but no return allowed I have contacted them to stop that I cannot afford yet another bed Trustpilot please perhaps through reading your customer disappointment MrFluffyFriend will stop selling instead make a customer care issue priority not their eager demands to sell more more not one bit of aftercare Numbers not satisfaction MrFluffyFriend go away I will unsubscribe but I wish to highlight my utter disgust at your lack of help They allow me a 30 discount still ask for another 84e This bed cost me that it s not suitable I want my money back please asap
