I m very pleased with the service provided on two occasions where I have had a part missing form my orderd and it has been sent out with no questions however it was only a spark plug but this shows a very trusting relationship to the customer and vis versa and the second occasions a part was out of stock so I called and was quickly put through to someone who could help and they proceed to go to the stores to check that it wasn t just an error in the website and finally they advised me of where I could find the part else where So I m over all very pleased to be a customer and I also like to back a business based as loclay as I can

I brought a 2023 Sherco se125 an with in a month I had starter problem had back an fourth phone calls to where I purchased the bike an had no joy didn t care about nothing then I spoke with Malcom on the phone an straight away helped me sort the problem
