I have placed about 9 order s now through mrsnuff Luckily for me it was when jonny took over My experience so far as been great only one little problem outta 9 order s and it was soon fixed after an email within 24hr s Never used the site prejonny so not a clue what customer service was like than But of my present experiences I m very happy Great service good selection of product s If you do have a problem email them and it s fixed simples

Theres not many snuff shops left in the UK so mr snuff is one of the remaining few where you will find a huge choice of snuff from all over the world I ve ordered quite a few times and I ve always recieved all my items very well packed and it usually arrives within 7 days depending on royal mail I do wish you would stock more american snuffs though

I ll be the first to admit that things weren t great - but that seems to be very much a thing of the past now Under the ownership of Jonny and Kay this is the service you d hope it to be On top of the prices and stock being updated support are responsive and orders are quickly turned around If like me you d had bad experiences previously then I highly recommend you give them a chance again
