No concern for Health and Safety of pregnant woman
In marseilles the transport back to the boat was extremely badly organsied I made MSC staff aware multiple times that I am pregnant and it was pouring rain but they kept letting people skip the line When I got to the front I said to another gentleman that I was pregnant and he laughed and said - everyone in this line is pregnant I arrived at the boat soaked and crying and went to reception After many calls with managers all we received was a refund for the bus as they said the bus staff were not from MSC they were wearing MSC uniforms I explained that due to the experience I was scared to go off the boat again and as such we missed porto fino which was the thing I was most looking forward to It was a massive health and safety issue that was not taken seriously and I felt scared and unsafe No concern for Health and Safety of pregnant woman

only book if you like queuing Worst cruise ever been on
Relaxing 18 people hot tub anyone We boarded the ship at 10 am didn t get our bags till 5 30 first day gone not being able to get changed from travel clothes or swim I have traveled with P O many times and have NEVER experienced crowding like I have this weekend No restaurants open for breakfast THOUSANDS of people all having breakfast from 1 buffet having to take my autistic son back to our room to order room service just to get food Unbelievable Having the main indoor pool and outdoor be a salted pool was terrible to swim in Whosever idea it was to have the safety drill with EVERYONE at once was a moron 6000 people all using the stairs at once adults pushing children I have never seen anything like it Ordered sprite and Fanta to drink brought two Cokes as they had no drink left Ordered food in dining room to have other food come ran out of food The staff never stood a chance This was a 3 day cruise only had 1 day we could do anything

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE PRICE DROPS AND NO UPGRADES
Booked a cruise for the 22 June 2022 I firstly contacted Msc to book cruise directly The call centre is in south africa and the agents are extremely rude and behave as if they are doing you a favour they forget you are paying for a cruise I first had issues with getting a price match and staff were misinformed about procedure I decided I would not deal with call centre but just book online as the cruise and it s dates worked with my family holiday Within 5 days later I see the price dropped and contacted the call centre saying I am not asking for a price match but surely I would qualify for a upgrade atleast Spoke to a rude agent called Gabriel whose response was read your terms and conditions He can t do anything or neither would he try He misquoted what I said and it almost felt like he didn t even want to take call If you don t want to work in customer service he should maybe not but as a business man myself if these are the reps I have selling my business I would be worried To be honest regret ever considering Msc and my cruise has not even started Wish I booked another company

On an MSC cruise at the moment Dreadful - have to sunbathe on balcony in cabin as never any seats on the sun decks No seats in bars only seats are on decks that have no bar service Getting food in the buffet is like being at a cheap holiday camp - grab what you can and search to find a seat usually on a table not yet cleared You get off the boat and have to walk miles to get to the shuttle bus as we appear to have the worst docking berths The cabins are quite good which is a relief because that s where you have to retreat to for a seat Never again

Booked a 14 day round trip cruise 16 days before departure they offer a mini cruise deal with inclusive drinks for a very low price - effectively turning the first part of the cruise into a booze cruise Talk about it on their socials and you ll find yourself blocked from the pages - amazing company The pages they don t control just have to look at the comments - people are fuming It s no wonder they have such horrendous reviews First and last time I ll book with them

Lovely ship but that fun passes are a complete rip off Because the ship was full capacity you don t get your money worth We paid 140 all we got was 1 cinema I game of bowling I 3d went down several times but they were always fully booked Was told by msc to book day of embarking but how can you if it s full all the time Cheaper buying as you go along then you won t get ripped off Yrs you already told me that you need to book on the day of embarking the ship but how can you get anything booked it it fully booked all the time I have read a few reviews people are getting short changed all the time

Worst world cruise ever
Just completed the world cruise having done it before I knew what to expect However this cruise was just awful Apart from a totally revised itinerary due to Suez Canal dangers MSc changed so many other destination at the last minute For example how is Lanzarote safer than Gran Canaria We spent around 2 extra weeks at sea which I would never have signed up to We were not offered cancellation They cancelled several of our excursions often the night before then told us lies as to the reason why Yet when we had to cancel a couple of excursions we were not allowed a refund Customer service was shocking and excursions were a farce To top it all food was vile and they often ran out of essentials Theatre shows were very average and when there was entertainment on deck there was not enough chairs so passengers were often fighting Bar Staff were fantastic and they were always professional and happy despite having to work extra shifts because of constant changes I will never travel with MSc again

Onboard now
Got onboard and this ship is mayhem and chaos My wife has not received her Silver upgrade despite working hard and paying towards the cruise Apparently me making the final payment means I get the silver status and her payments are disregarded Despite the ship being empty of passengers for the last 3 weeks the bars are poorly stocked and my 10 year old son is struggling to get his beloved Durty Banana cocktail He is an EpiPen carrier and uses various inhalers and so this is his treat but No Ordered Breakfast to the room this morning for between 9 9 15 Gave up waiting at 10 and went for whatever was left at Marketplace The indoor pool has been carnage with tables not being cleaned for hours and no table service resulting in long bar queues Still not got my pin for my silver membership there was no wristband left in the room for my son which resulted in a lengthy process at the kids club due to new staff that hadn t been trained Come on MSC sort it out

Post cruise customer service is the worst I have ever come across Rude unprofessional and unhelpful They clearly don t have a clue It s a shame when crew staff go over and above to help Be careful leaving a credit card with them Taking money for items in the mini fridge We never even opened the door Then making it so awkward to dispute Never again UPDATEYou think offering me 2 25 is resolving my issues You took 4 without my permission You took money for drinks I hadn t had You accused me of changing cabins without permission and using someone else s drinks card YOU THINK 2 25 WILL RESOLVE IT

MSC cancelled cruise without reasonable explanation
Was looking forward to a 15-night MSC cruise to Barcelona on the ship Virtuosa departing Southampton on 4th November 22 Then got an email to say that the cruise had been cancelled for operational reasons No explanation just outlining a couple of options for booking a new cruise Wondered if others have had the same cruise cancelled Called MSC cruises the assistant initially told me - twice - that the cruise had not be cancelled then changed tune after I read the relevant extract from the email Not sure what is going on but very disappointed with MSC Have cruised previously with Celebrity P O NCL and TUI decided to try MSC but looks like I won t be going back to them
