Royalty Personified

The Royal Yatcht Club was a classy regal indulgent experience Right from the check in till our final disembarkment we were pampered with excellent accommodation impeccable service exquisite cuisine of no less rhan five courses in our exclusive restaurants fabulous bars with delicious mocktails and cocktails and our own stocked bar in our suite we had it all Thank you MSC for an unforgettable experience We will do it again one day

We love MSC

We have been on a couple of their cruises and really enjoy them The last one we took was the one with baseball greats and loved it We plan on doing more of them because my husband is a great baseball fan The boat we were on was gorgeous and the staff is great Love the shows I wouldn t ever hesitate to go on MSC It actually is my favorite cruise line

All crew membres are Nice and politesse with us I always get a good service on the 14 th and d nning Room well everyone Our cabin always clean call for roof service always with a smile the good is very good well as far that I am concern if you are enjoying your cruise be cause is good then the rest follows and with MSC is what we get The shows are amazing Thank you MSC

Great time on beautiful ship

The Divina provided a wonderful escape on a beautifully appointed ship with outstanding value and customer service After struggling with the frustrating website and unanswered telephones at customer service -we were not sure what to expect onboard We were pleasantly surprised and impressed from the moment we arrived at the dock We had a great week with good food and good service

A Whole New Experience

We take a cruise about one a year We received a great deal and ended up in Yacht class What an amazing experience that was We will never travel any other way again You pay more for the amenities but you are on vacation and deserve to be spoiled - and that is what they do We even had our own butler Save up and give yourselves a special treat - you will never go any other way again

My third cruise on the Divina in 2 years I love the ship only wish all dining was anytime dining Have already booked the Seaside for 2018 Cruise line is reasonably priced upscale ships great service and always get the most for my money I love the 10 minute massages on the pool deck the 5 00 shampoo and really nice skin products Nothing to complain about it s all good

Despite all of the negative reviews

Despite all of the negative reviews I had a very positive experience today with Georgette one of the MSC employees As many others have reported the Covid-19 pandemic has caused problems for my husband I on our cruise plans Without going into a lot of details let me say that Georgette was patient respectful and honest with me today as she took the time to explain their processes and gave advice on how to communicate with my travel agent to get our future cruise credit migrated to the original booking Thank you Georgeette

First time cruisers

As First time cruisers myself and my husband decided to try a taster cruise We choose MSC as price and time where what we was looking for The beauty and spender of the MSC Preziora was second to none From the moment we arrived at the ship we was treated like film stars So much so that we are booking again with MSC for later in the year Cruising is everything you need in a holiday

We were on MSc Magnifica never again sold the drinks package then when we got on Board was told the package didn t include some drinks So we upgrade to premium and first bar we went to was told sorry no strongbow And no cider on the ship Food was cold And choice was not good One night the carvery meat was a spam type meat What the Italians think nice food is we been on lots of cruise but this was bad don t boot MSc

Amazing experience at MSC Divina

I have to say that the worst part of my experience was that I had to go so many times to reception because my room car was not working correct and after so many tries Olivia from reception was the only person who could solved my issue She was fast and great The MSC Divina is a nice clean well maintained ship There was always fun activities going on all over the ship Great entertainment each night in the theater We especially enjoyed the magic show comedy shows extreme theater show and entertainment staff talent show In my opinion the show seas too short The staff members made my experience even better We eat at the Villa Rosa restaurant at table 806 Sydrick our waiter was excellent we were very satisfied with his service I also have to mention that my cabin attendant Joesel was amazing he maintained my room clean and I always had clean towels he was great
