I needed two products MSC Direct had Ther website said it would be delivered on a Friday which was perfect as the job was for a Saturday Needless to say it did not ship until FRIDAY Their excuse Covid Thanks MSC had I known I would have bought this locally No more MSC for me

Service has gotten very sloooooooww
I contacted them on 11-22-2021 looking for a quote and was told I d have it within one to two business days Today is almost over 11-26-2021 and I haven t heard a peep from them The company has gotten worse in the customer service department Years ago they were very good and efficient It s a shame when what I would call almost iconic companies fail

MSCDirect will not pay our invoice
We sold MSCDirect a product in February 2023 After the run arround of needing to add us as a vendor then no payment We found out that the Accounts Payable is a third party service This cost our company 1 285 00 Do not sell to MSCdirect

Unrealiable seller
I placed an order for Mitutoyo calipers on their web store hoping to get it by Christmas for a present After 2 weeks several emails and calls they cancelled the order without explanation and notification Still have no idea what was the problem but I didn t get the paid product on time They just stole my time
