Had problems installing the software I m only a basic user so didn t really know what I was doing So I contacted the tech team who then gave me excellent service and helped me ensure the office was installed

I bought Office 2019 from MSSoftware downloaded it and it wouldn t let me activate it so I contacted their support team through live chat and the agent patiently talked me through the steps to fix it and it worked after I had done what he asked me to do They even sent me a copy of the chat in a very nicely formatted email I m very happy that I chose to go with MSSoftware Thank you for your product and great service -

the download link and key was almost instantaneousdownloaded the software from microsoft and have office 2019 for less than 22 do not need to pay microsoft for a monthly yearly subscription of office 365 On the whole a satisfactory experience Thank You MSSoftware
