Really happy with my new bike and service from MTB Monster The team were great at staying in touch and responding to my queries The mechanics got in touch to ask my weight for setting up suspension which was great and gave advice that I needed The bike arrived incredibly packaged and was easy to set up Great personal service I would recommend and will go back for my next MTB

Ordered a bike in October and took delivery of it early January Throughout the process I received regular updates of where the order was up to Any queries were quickly answered when the bike was delivered there was a bent screw in the bracket for the handle bars Phoned MTB and a replacement was sent out next day Excellent service and would definitely use again

Paid the 200 holding fee to order my bike There was a few weeks delay but understandable as demand is high just now Good communication from MTBmonster Bike arrived in store and I sent my cycle to work offer over they refunded my 200 holding fee immediately and sent the bike up to the Scottish highlands too with no extra fee Very impressed with customer service Would recommend Love my new bike Thanks
