They organised an event with Artem Pinovarov an Ukrainian singer at Scala London Nobody asked ages when we bought online the tickets so we bought a ticket for a 11 years old Ukrainian girl who is fan of the singer But we faced with a big surprise when we where at the place of the event The guards informed us that the entrance not allowed to children under 14 Note that in the terms of the ticket there is no reference to the above When I asked to explain me the reason and why they didn t inform this condition when we ordered the tickets they told me that they will call the police One day after child s mother try to get a refund from them but ones they flight the other want more details etc These guys who put a big together with Ukraine in their advertisement the only think that they do is to discredit Ukraine Please note that I saw more than 20 children with their families outside the Scala with the same situation

If you want to miss your train but your ticket on here I brought my ticket through network rail and was directed to m ticket After I paid I wa then informed I had to download the app then I I had to create an account just to get on my train which if the train had been running on time I would have missed Why do all this I pay my money give me the ticket simple
