Two Thumbs Down for Customer Service

I reached out to Muk-Luks customer service by email twice about an order I placed and got no response None Then when I contacted them by phone about returning the boots that aren t comfortable at all the person who answered was abrupt and unwilling to help problem-solve for me I will NOT be buying this brand again

I have had two pairs now and both started falling apart at the seams at the base of the shoe soon after wearing them so where is Quality Assurance someone is not doing their job there you do ask for top dollar so the expectation of quality needs to follow
