SCAM AVOID I cancelled nearly a year ago and they are still taking money out of my account every month THEY DONT REPLY TO MY EMAILS AVOID AT ALL COSTS-----UPDATE THEY ARE LYING Unfortunately I can t add a screenshot here or a link to it First email to cancel was sent on 07 05 24 and we have sent numerous emails since To Munckin Models - I will send you the proof Professional fraudsters or you re absolutely useless

Set up an application and signed up to the subscription on behalf of my daughter After some time I realized it was pointless just having the online account without paying the extra fees for additional services so in May 2024 I requested to end my subscription as soon as possible I had no response from this email and they continued to take payments from my account I emailed again in January 2025 Had no response until after a carried out an enquiry for a refund with the bank which had obviously caught their attention and replied apologizing and putting it down to a misunderstanding and refunded me a few of the payments I have since had another payment made from my account have emailed twice asking for this to be refunded and my account to be deactivated and my subscription cancelled to which I have had no response Stay away much more reliable agencies out their who can offer better services Just one of the numbers signing up with munchkin models with no real point to the accounts they hold

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs total scam Munchkin Models is NOT a real modeling agency They are just a casting site that takes your money and then disappears Once you sign up you won t hear from them again no responses to emails no support nothing There are plenty of legitimate modeling agencies out there but this is not one of them Save your time and money and look elsewhere
