Do not give them your money Their customer service is non existent We ordered a month ago and according to the tracking it has moved from one side of their warehouse in Long Beach to the other side of their warehouse in Long Beach Poor thing must be exhausted

Snacks were terrible I got a 3 month subscription for me and another for a friend The second month the one tasty thing in the box was Doritos Like I can t get all the Doritos I want every day Their customer service email was really frustrating to the point of being real jerks

I Got MunchPak for my daughters It wont STOP

I Got MunchPak for my daughters and clicked One Time Purchase I have not stopped getting these uneatable cheep candies I just got charged another 25 5th time and I ve attempted to cancel 3 separate times No one will talk with me I ve spent about 100 more then I ve wanted to I just want to quit I ll let you know next month when it happens again

Complete waste of money

Complete waste of money Very disappointing Most of the stuff was disgusting crap that went straight in the trash or it was common items that i could just walk down the street to my local Walmart and purchase

No seriously I have proof They DO turn on auto renewal and sign you up for subs without your consent then hide behind an all sales are final policy

I have subscriptions with 5 other services Hulu disney ps Xbox gold and spotify and have never once had an issue with auto renewal I know it s an issue people complain about online but I always turn it on and off and never have issues I signed up for one box on this site turned off auto renewal and went on my way Unfortunately unlike other companies their auto renewal seems to turn on on its own when i have proof i turned it off and never went back to the site afterwards The moment I realized this was a scheme though was when instead of having good customer service support they instead chose to tell me that all sales are final and then ignore me Gee I wonder what happened there no wonder their review scores are low Bank reversal is currently in progress

WORSE CONSUMER SERVICE EVER

WORSE CONSUMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED They have no numbers and no chat only emails and it therefore takes 24 hrs for them to respond with a question you respond then have to wait another 24 hrs or more for a bad response they refused to downgrade a 6 months subscription to a 3 months

Watch Out for An Unpleasant Surprise

Stay away from this deceptive company MunchPak convinces you with false advertising to order a one time box only to surprise you with recurring shipments at higher prices Still working to resolve my case with these people but am afraid I might have to dispute the charge with my credit card company On the other hand we have had good experiences with their competitor Universal Yums They are a legitimate company and a better alternative

Terrible Customer Service

Tried to cancel my subscription but it somehow did not go through I realized this when I saw the charge on my credit card for the next month of Munchpak I immediately reached out to their customer service team and was told that they can t do refunds on monthly subscriptions despite the fact that I had tried to cancel it before and the order had not shipped yet Even if the issue was that I forgot to cancel most companies would be more than willing to refund and cancel the order since it hadn t shipped yet Not Munchpak The boxes are cool but do not expect much if you ever have an issue and need to talk to their customer service team

Save your money

Honestly I was so excited to receive my munchpak but it took almost 3 weeks to receive it just to be disappointed by the quality of the products They were bland and just not good I ended up giving away most of them I ended up canceling my subscription after just one month Do not waste your money

The product was OK but overpriced The think that upset me the most was that they automatically renew the subscription When I emailed them about it they say when you sign up It is in the fine print to automatically renew I find it reprehensible that I have to be in lawyer mode just to buy a monthly snack subscription So beware with this company Their practices are unsavory
