Overall very unprofessional
My experience with Mundimoto was very unprofessional Sold me the bike without servicing issues with mando battery the very first day didn t change the tires as agreed in the moment of sale forgot to put the sticker of ITV etc When the issues were brought to the attention of Post venta Pol it was very poor communication slow took ages on everything and not responsive Either the guys in sales post venta are untrained or they are cheating clients intentionally In any case DO NOT recommend to buy in Mundimoto Overall experience - 1 10 Reception Blanca - 9 10 Sales guy Arturo - 2 10Communication - 1 10Post venta Pol - 0 10

This week I found an interesting motorcycle on Mundimoto s website A Moto Guzzi V7 III Racer for 5990 Because I live outside the EU I have two questions 1 The exact date of registration may not exceed five years in my country of residence 2 Is the announced price with or without VAT because I can reclaim VAT on export I wrote an email in Spanish with the help of Google translator Oscar answered my email He asked me to call him but did not answer my two questions The answers are not demanding much time A date and a yes or no and that s it If I have transparency on those two things I can continue Because my Spanish is not sufficient for a telephone conversation I decided to let him know that I am a Flemish Belgian and that I do not speak enough Spanish for a conversation So I asked the questions again by email I got no response Why is this person insulting me Because I am interested in a motorcycle that I saw on their website This is absolutely not a sign of professionalism and certainly not a sign of commercialism That s why I give Mundimoto 1 star and that s one too many If it doesn t go well from the first modest contact how can it continue to go well After reading my review and after asking Trustpilot for more information about me Oscar answered my two simple questions on Monday March 6 at 2 58 PM This answer shows that the motorcycle is not from 2018 but from 2017 In the picture there is a Moto Guzzi V7 II while Mundimoto talks about a V7 III The indicated price appears to be without VAT I think this is illegal because I think professional sellers in the EU have to quote the total price with any additions about transport costs registration costs etc if they are not included I ll try to figure this out and come back to this if it turns out I m wrong

Scooter no funciona despu s de 2 d as y no pueden ayudar
I got the scooter on Monday First thing I noticed that the top case which was supposed to be included as part of the deal was missing Despite being assured that I would be contacted for its attachment I have not received any communication on this matter Wednesday 48 hours after is where my nightmare start The scooter is unable to start As a result I had to walk for an hour to reach home and then arrange for it to be inspected at a local mechanical shop Unable to take my call and get assistance from MundiMOTO However the mechanics were unable to identify the problem and after an extensive examination they concluded that the issue did not originate from the battery and there was way too much oil loaded in it MundiMOTO haven t got back to me as they promised this morning and are hanging up my calls Now they are referred me to call the insurance myself and manage everything myself This can t be trueNever have I ever experienced so bad and horrible post sale service

I bought a nearly new MH Ryx with warenty and after only km 7 500 the hole motor broke down and I was the one to pay for it because both Mundimoto and MH Hispania ran from the bill
