I ve tried a bunch of different workout apps and none of them are as good as Muscle Booster You can modify your workouts very easily if you re working out at home going to the gym or just in a hotel room If you re looking for an app to help get you motivated or just to change up your routine then this is the one for you

Fits what I need

Muscle Booster is the perfect app if you want your own personal trainer in your phone It can be buggy at times but updates always fix that I ve been using it for over a year and love it

Absolutely love this program Every day is a different workout where you can tailor the workout to different body parts I do full workouts with a 50 minute range There is a 45 second rest between sets This can really get your heart rate up too I look forward to doing these workouts and today s was an butt kicker Loved it I have now completer 30 workouts Lately I ve been doing the 6 minute ab workout after my full workout Highly Recommend this program
