I purchased a multi function rack with smith a bench and am over the moon with the quality and efficient speedy delivery The instructions for building the item were great it went together as per the instructions The bench is quite long for the rack I ve chosen so when using incline bench it s quite tight but the quality of the equipment is on par in my opinion with commercial gym equipment Customer services have been very forth coming with assistance and resolved a returns issue I had for an attachment I purchased incorrectly and as such my experience has been great Highly recommend

The dumbbells and kettlebell are excellent quality - very sturdy and feel comfortable to hold on to and to lift swing The delivery was very quick too Brilliant customer service from Sharna too Will definitely use Muscle Squad again

After some research and looking at reviews I decided to go with Muscle Squad and get the P2 Quarter Squat Rack bench barbell and weights package All I can say is that I m glad I did Fantastic service and a top quality product that fitted my needs perfectly From the moment it was delivered to using it for the first time you can tell it s well made high quality gear

The best rack on the market

In my 21 years of experience being a home gym user the Phase 4 Cable Squat Rack is by far the best rack I have ever used and owned Where else in the UK can you find a rack with 4 different pulleys with a 2 1 ratio and a 1 1 ratio so I can not only use it as a functional trainer but also as a heavy lat pulldown and low row and not forgetting a fully functioning squat rack Because it s a modular system I built my own unique set up with storage and the range of accessories really add a serious level of versatility Especially the pulley converter which is a favourite of mine allowing me to utilise the 100kg 1 1 heavy stack at any height or angle on the rack Delivery was quick and communication efficient The easiest 5 stars I ve ever given
