I recently had a frustrating experience with Musely that made me question the company’s customer service and refund practices. After receiving a prescription on April 27, 2025, I promptly canceled the auto-renewal on April 29 through their app—backed up with screenshots and email confirmation. To my surprise, Musely still charged me again and shipped the same prescription just a week later. Their cancellation process seems unreliable, and trying to reach a real person for help was impossible. Musely’s return policy is also incredibly restrictive. If the product irritates your skin or doesn’t work, you're either stuck with it or required to continue using it for 60 days to qualify for a refund—even if it's visibly harming your skin. That feels unreasonable and unsafe. Additionally, their system seems misleading. They charged me for a doctor-prescribed change I didn’t agree to and refused to refund the full amount, citing a $20 doctor’s fee. Overall, I regret not reading more Musely reviews before purchasing. For anyone considering it, I recommend doing thorough research and understanding their policies before committing.

Musely Reviews
After my recent experience, I strongly urge others to read Musely reviews before purchasing. I canceled a prescription on April 29, 2025—with email and in-app confirmations—only to be charged and shipped the same medication a week later, which I had already received on April 27. Despite clear documentation, there's no way to reach a real support person. Their return policy is deeply flawed; you're either forced to continue using a potentially harmful product for 60 days or just lose your money. Adding insult to injury, they charged a non-refundable $20 doctor fee even after changing my prescription without my consent. I’ve since filed a BBB complaint and can’t recommend Musely to others based on my experience.

Musely Reviews
I recently came across several Musely reviews that raised serious concerns about the company's prescription management and customer service practices. One user mentioned canceling a prescription through the Musely app — with confirmation screenshots to prove it — only to be charged and shipped the exact same medication a week later. Others shared similar frustrations with the lack of live customer support, unfair return policies, and a confusing refund process that leaves users feeling misled. Many customers appear to have followed the treatment instructions closely, only to see little to no results, and when requesting help or a refund, they were met with automated responses and roadblocks. These recurring issues highlight a potential gap between marketing promises and actual service delivery. Before purchasing, it’s important to read recent Musely reviews and understand their policies on cancellations, doctor consultation fees, and refund conditions. Transparency and responsive support are essential when dealing with prescription skincare, and unfortunately, that’s where Musely seems to fall short based on these firsthand experiences.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Musely that I felt compelled to share. After canceling my soon-to-expire prescription through Musely’s app — and even receiving an email confirmation — I was shocked to be charged and shipped the same medication just days later. Despite having screenshots of both the cancellation and previous shipment, I was unable to reach any real support to resolve the issue. Their return policy is extremely rigid and not clearly disclosed up front. If a product causes irritation or doesn’t work, your only option for a refund is to continue using it for 60 days, which seems unsafe. I also learned they charge a $20 doctor fee that’s non-refundable — even if they change your prescription without your full consent. After my experience, I regret not checking Musely reviews more thoroughly. Their customer service is practically non-existent, and getting a refund feels impossible. I’m now filing a complaint with the BBB. I urge others to research thoroughly before making any purchases.

Despite this, Musely charged and shipped the exact same prescription again within a week. Their return policy is restrictive—if a product doesn’t work or causes irritation, you're either out of luck or forced to continue using it for 60 days just to qualify for a refund, even at the risk of skin damage. I also noticed that trying to contact a real person for help is nearly impossible. Based on my experience, and reading through other Musely reviews, it seems I’m not alone. I strongly recommend researching the company thoroughly before committing, especially since they require prepayment and don’t clearly disclose refund limitations during checkout. I’m now filing a complaint with the BBB. Consumers deserve more honesty and accountability from telehealth providers.

I recently had a disappointing experience with Musely that I feel is important to share. Despite canceling a soon-to-expire prescription directly through the Musely app (with both a screenshot and email confirmation as proof), I was still charged and shipped the exact same medication just days later. What's worse is that Musely's customer service has been nearly impossible to reach, leaving me with no resolution and duplicate charges. Additionally, their return policy is extremely rigid and not clearly disclosed during the ordering process. If the product causes adverse effects, you're either forced to continue using it for 60 days to be eligible for a refund or accept the financial loss. In my case, the prescription was changed by their doctor without my consent, and they still kept a $20 fee even though I never received the product I wanted. Sadly, I wish I had read more Musely reviews before placing an order. Many users are reporting similar issues: auto-renewals after cancellation, limited customer service options, and lack of accountability for billing and product concerns. If you're considering Musely, I recommend doing thorough research and being cautious with any prepayments.

Musely Reviews
Musely is a platform that has drawn attention for its prescription services, but customer reviews suggest a mixed experience. On April 29, 2025, a user experienced frustration after canceling their prescription on the Musely app, only to find that the same prescription was charged and shipped despite cancellation. This incident highlights a significant issue that some users face—difficulty managing cancellations or reaching customer service. One complaint centered on the company’s return policy, which many found less than transparent. Some customers reported being stuck with products that didn’t work or caused skin irritation, without an easy way to get a refund or return the item. In particular, users were disillusioned by the requirement to keep using a product for 60 days before being eligible for a refund, even if the product caused harm. Other reviews also pointed to confusion with the pre-payment system. For instance, a customer complained about being charged the full amount for a changed prescription, with no option to receive a refund for the difference. While the company states they charge a “Doctor” fee, this practice has led to dissatisfaction among users who feel the charges are unclear and unfair. Despite these issues, many customers have reported positive results with Musely’s services, appreciating its personalized prescription service. However, it’s crucial for potential users to research reviews thoroughly before making a commitment to ensure they fully understand Musely's policies and customer service approach.

Musely Reviews
I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Musely, and based on what I’ve read in other Musely reviews, I’m not alone. I canceled a soon-to-expire prescription through their app after getting a reminder it was ending soon. I even got an email confirming the cancellation. Despite this, Musely charged me and shipped the exact same medication just days later — one I had already received the week before. There’s no live customer support, and getting help is almost impossible. Their return policy is confusing and, frankly, unfair. If a product irritates your skin, you still have to use it for 60 days just to qualify for a refund — even if it's clearly making your skin worse. I also had a situation where they changed my prescription after I paid and then refused to refund the full amount, keeping a $20 “doctor” fee. From my experience and others’ shared in these Musely reviews, it feels like the company prioritizes profits over patient care. I strongly recommend researching thoroughly before committing, and make sure you’re aware of their strict and unclear return policy.
