Victorian mister

I bought the Victorian mister from Museum Selection it was exactly as expected and the service was great

I ordered 3 items all were of such poor

I ordered 3 items all were of such poor quality I wanted to return them for a refund I have contacted the company 3 times for a return label and have received a letter telling me a return label was enclosed It wasn t and 2 assurances that the operative would send me the label that day I suspect poor faith and advise others not ti trust this company

Longstanding customer lost

Oh dear What has gone wrong with this company I have shopped with them for years love their old fashioned greetings cards I have just tried to place an order online but transaction was refused stating payment could not be accepted As I had just used this card with another company no problem I engaged in chat First question to me Are you using an iPad Yes Apparently they have been having problems with people trying to place orders via iPads I was advised to ring them to place an order Is this good customer service Please - at least offer to ring me I despair at how some companies are treating their customers almost with disdain or at the very least indifference How I wish for customer service of yesteryear but I fear that will never return How sad

Awful They sold my details on and when I contacted them to remove my details from their system the damage had already been done and now I m receiving unsolicited mail several times a week This is a breach of GDPR Avoid like the plague if you want your details kept safe

A long wait for the wrong chair ordered and paid for a green

I ordered and paid for a green Belvedere basket chair on 24th August On 23rd September I received an email saying it was now expected on 28th November A chair was eventually despatched to me on 6th December and arrived wrong colour of chair The most annoying part of the whole process were the four follow-up phone-calls Two of the people I spoke to from customer service didn t even attempt to sound apologetic - one of them was singing to herself as she was supposedly checking if the correct colour of chair was in their warehouse I eventually received the correct chair on 17th December The only saving grace in this review is the basket chair which eventually arrived is a nice piece of furniture

Order not completed after more than 2 weeks

Order not completed after more than 2 weeks Money taken from my account however On telephoning they say the order will be delivered in 3 days but the order is still not complete and has not been delivered This is the last time I will use this company 04 12 23 It is now 19 days since my order was placed order still not completed and no contact They say they will contact me - never happened If I do not hear anything within the next few days I will be going to the Financial Ombudsman

Items ordered but there was no stock

Ordered 3 items 6 days ago All were in stock and order went through After 4 days one item was refunded Then another on the next day I learn this via PayPal who send me notifications of refunds As the postage is five pounds this was more than the remaining item of 4 cards I then cancelled everything Will not purchase anything from this company as there is no confidence that they will actually deliver the goods Eventually I receive notification that the items ordered are out of stock This is not good business to allow customers to think they will receive items then find out there is none In this instance items were for gifts and unable to purchase anything else as it s too late Such a let down by this company

This should be zero I placed an order on 27th November item supposedly in stock Took my money and despite several phone calls item not received Told me today14 12 they would refund my money but not hopeful reading reviews They even sent me an email on 08 12 to tell me it was waiting for despatch Now sold out apparently Will never use them againUpdate 18 12 23Miraculously despite being told it was sold out it has appeared today and is a delightful little thing Clearly need to sort their procedures out
