I ordered and paid for Christmas cds on the 18th Nov no cds arrived as other reviewers say never answer the phone mail always full altho i have managed to leave 2 messages by ringing in the early hours sent countless emails no response altho the are inundating me with emails about their offers Have complained to the Daily Mail as it s their advert bit they are still allowing them to advertise in their paper

I sent for a music disk that was advertised in the Daily Mail about three weeks ago 100 no 1 hits of the 50s I still haven t received the disk 9 99 has been deducted from my account of course I ve tried to phone but get the same recorded message the person you want isn t available right now I ve Emailed - no reply
