I used Muuvo when I brought my first property and in my current rental It was very easy and the guys on the phone were lovely I brought Sky and saved lots of pennies on my energy twice I would definitely recommend this service to friends Thank you

I was recommended to use Muuvo by a couple of friends when I moved into my new house very helpful sorted my energy out for me and found best deal Even got a good deal on sky which I wouldn t usually get but was too good to turn down Would recommend to anyone looking to save money

I used Muuvo recently and the service was seamless there was no need for me to spend unnecessary time searching for a deal as they did everything for me All I had to do was supply contact details and current supplier and they did the rest Better still I m paying less on outgoings than I did with my previous provider I would definitely recommend Muuvo for anyone wanting a stress free utility set up plus a saving

Very helpful and fast service
Living in an all electric flat is quite expensive and the bills just seemed to be going higher and higher especially in the winter months I contacted Muuvo and they switched me straight away no problems at all My bills have since come right down very pleased with the service and would highly recommend

Not very good if you say no
At first service started off well When we told them our circumstances and that we wouldn t need their services right away they became quite aggressive with me on the phone talking over me and then when I asked if they could send us the quotes via email all I got was them saying we can t send you quotes from any suppliers as we don t have an email address and I don t have the time to sit and write out 30 quotes to send to one customer when I have 60 more waiting for a call back when I said yeah that s fine totally I understand if it s a case you can t do that it s fine but if it s more the case you don t want to then I m not sure what else you want me to say the call handler Shaun seemed to take extreme offence that we didn t want to use their service right this instance and started talking over me really aggressive sales tactics by calling multiple times a day and then took offence that we were unable to answer every time they called us He then actually hung up on me after not letting me get a word in edge ways what started as a harmless call has now lead to us wondering what we did wrong by saying no to using their service

Received lots of marketing spam after signing a new tenancy agreement I have not shared my personal details with Muuvo nor have I opted in to marketing communications Their marketing communications have no opt-out link Appears to be completely non-compliant with marketing and data processing regulations

Bombarded me with multiple phone calls and emails despite not consenting them to use my information nor do they have a functioning unsubscribe option in the email spam they send you Refused to take no for an answer and have not deleted my contact details despite asking on separate occasions
